With the advancement of science and technology,Chinese economic level has been significantly improved.But environmental damage caused by economic development has attracted the attention of governments,enterprises and scholars.Green sustainable development occupies an important position in corporate competition.Therefore,more and more enterprises encourage employees to implement green behaviors.In this context,how to promote green behavior of employees has become a hot topic in academic circles.Existing research has shown that the leadership style of enterprise managers is a key factor affecting employee behavior.Then this article will discuss whether green transformational leadership has an impact on employees’ green behavior,and how its impact mechanism works.Guided by social cognitive theory and social information processing theory,this study introduced green self-efficacy and green psychological climate,constructed an overall research model of green transformational leadership influencing employees’ green behavior,and analyzed in depth the mediating effect of green self-efficacy and the moderating effect of green psychological climate.This paper uses Spss24.0 and Amos24.0 software to analyze and validate the collected questionnaire data,and the following conclusions are obtained:(1)green transformational leadership has a positive effect on employees’ green behavior;(2)green transformational leadership has a positive effect on green self-efficacy;(3)green self-efficacy has a positive effect on employees’ green behavior.(4)Green self-efficacy mediates between green transformational leadership and employee green behavior;(5)Green psychological climate positively moderates between green self-efficacy and employee green behavior;(6)Green psychological climate moderates the mediating path of green transformational leadership-green self-efficacy-employee green behavior.This paper enriches the study of green transformational leadership and employees’ green behavior,broadens the scope of its application by combining social cognitive theory and social information processing theory with the field of green.This study summarizes the research conclusions and provides practical inspiration for the sustainable development of enterprises according to the research results.
