Study On The Method Of Making And Styling Men’s Trousers In Europe From 1895 To 1915

The structural design method of men’s pants in Europe from 1895 to 1915 has tended to be mature,which is the beginning of modern men’s pants board making method.The structure of men’s pants affects the change of pants shape and plays the role of supporting clothing.The research on the shape and structure of men’s pants traced back to this period plays an important role in the development and innovation of modern men’s pants board making methods.Firstly,the design features of the shape structure of men’s pants in Europe from1895-1915 are analyzed and summarized,and the historical plates of men’s pants in this period are collected and sorted.It is concluded that the shape characteristics of men’s pants in this period are mainly H-shaped and Y-shaped.Therefore,this topic takes H-shaped and Y-shaped men’s pants as the main research object,and studies the method of their structure plate making.Multivariate analysis of variance and mean value comparison were carried out on the data obtained from the eye tracker experiment with SPSS software,so as to obtain the evaluation criteria of the shape of H-type and Y-type men’s pants and the main structural parts affecting the shape of men’s pants.The experimental results not only provide a data reference for the follow-up sample evaluation experiment,but also provide a theoretical basis for the design and expansion of the series of works.Secondly,plate making software was used to reproduce and correct the collected plates,and plate data were collected to establish the European H and Y type men’s pants plate type database from 1895 to 1915.Based on the correlation analysis of the data,through the scatter plot distribution between the relevant variables,the unary linear regression analysis was carried out to establish the H-type and Y-type men’s pants board making regression equation.Further,the accuracy of the established method was verified by experiments,and the sample experiment was designed.Finally,six pieces of H-type men’s pants and seven pieces of Y-type men’s pants were obtained.According to the established method of making men’s pants,the sample board shape was drawn,and the effect of sample clothes was simulated by CLO3 D virtual fitting technology.Test the reasonableness of the sample experiment and the accuracy of the new method of men’s pants board making.Finally,make the sample and make subjective evaluation and analysis.According to the research results,the expansion design of men’s wear series in Europe was carried out,and the design method of the new shape and structure of men’s pants was applied to the innovation practice.The method of plate making established in this subject is scientific and reasonable,which provides accurate data reference for the study of the shape and method of plate making of men’s pants in Europe from 1895 to 1915,and has high academic reference value and practical significance for the innovative design of modern men’s pants.
