Research On The Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Dajingshan Rural National Park

With the continuous strengthening of China’s rural revitalization work,rural parks with villages as the main body have become one of the important projects to build livable and working beautiful villages in China.This paper system combed the research status of rural park at home and abroad,found that most of the evaluation of rural park research focus on the study of park planning and the study of a single element,the lack of rural park construction benefit evaluation research,so this article from the perspective of multidimensional rural park construction benefit evaluation research.Starting with the concept of rural park,this paper analyzes the elements of rural park,and clarifies the characteristics and functions of rural park.Secondly,using the methods of literature analysis and case analysis,the indicators with high frequency in the benefit evaluation of rural areas and parks in China were sorted out,and then three cases of rural parks were selected for exploratory research to supplement the evaluation indicators.According to the functions and characteristics of the rural park,20 representative evaluation factors were selected,and then 18 evaluation factors were determined by experts.Finally,a comprehensive benefit evaluation system consists of three standard layers of economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit and 18 evaluation indicators.Then,the method of hierarchical analysis and Delphi method is used to weight each index,and the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate and rank each index.Finally,this paper selects the first national rural park in Hangzhou--Yuhang Dajingshan Rural National Park as the empirical object,and conducts field investigation to obtain evaluation data,and then uses the expert scoring method to obtain a total score of90.422.All the evaluation results were class I,and the score rate of the evaluation results was above85%.It shows that the scores of all the evaluation factors are excellent or above,and the park construction benefit is good,and the overall evaluation is high.But from an evaluation point of view.Therefore,there are still some problems in the park,such as: the landscape aesthetic value and brand benefits need to be improved,the scientific and educational publicity facilities and cultural construction are not perfect,and the development of the tertiary industry needs to be improved.In view of the existing problems in the park,it is put forward:(1)Actively explore the new economic model of Dajingshan Rural National Park.Cooperate with high-quality enterprises,develop a series of products,boost popularity,promote business alliance.Expand and expand the outdoor tourism and leisure space,and fully tap the potential of various resources.(2)Strengthen cross-administrative regional cooperation,promote brand construction,improve the construction of various service facilities and cultural construction of the park,highlight the highlights and characteristics of the park;(3)further strengthen the management and protection measures of rural ecological environment,protect the ecological quality of the rural park.At the same time,strengthen the rural park environmental improvement,improve the quality of the park landscape.
