Study On Pyrolysis Control System Of Low Oil Sludge

Oily sludge is widely exists in domestic oil production and refining area,is in the process of oil exploration and refining on surrounding soil pollution,which contains a lot of poisonous and harmful substances,is the clear provisions of the state of hazardous solid waste,countries advocate environmental protection in recent years,among the more important is for the necessary repair contaminated soil.The pyrolysis technology of oily sludge is a relatively advanced treatment technology of oily sludge in China at present stage,which can treat the oily solid waste more thoroughly and recover the oil and gas resources in it,so as to realize the resource utilization.This paper fully combined with the domestic front pyrolysis process production technology,on the basis of the existing low oil sludge pyrolysis process,completed the oily sludge loading device in the pyrolysis process,pyrolysis furnace device,cooling device,gas liquid separation device and process analysis of tail gas treatment device,according to the principle and characteristic of each process design the corresponding control strategy.Based on the control strategy,the control function to be realized in each process flow is described.According to the requirements of the control function,the design of the spot control variable is completed.According to the process and control strategy requirements,completed the hardware selection of PLC control cabinet,field sensors and actuators,drew the wiring diagram of hardware equipment,completed the software design according to the pyrolysis process and control requirements,with SIEMENS S7-1500 PLC as the core controller,Using SIEMENS STEP 7 programming software to write the control system ladder diagram,using SIEMENS Win CC configuration software to design the man-machine interface.The control system of pyrolysis treatment of low oil sludge is applied in practical engineering,and satisfactory results are obtained.The control system solves the problems of high operation and maintenance workload caused by low automation and inaccurate manual control of existing pyrolysis technology.Improve the production automation level of oil sludge heat treatment process,ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment,and create benefits and values for the actual production.
