| Objective: To analyze professor Hou Aihua’s medication rule in treating lung cancer on the basis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System(V2.5),and summarize her therapeutic method and medication experience in treating lung cancer.Methods: The retrospective investigation method was used to collect the medical records of lung cancer,which meeting the inclusion criteria,diagnosed and treated by professor Hou Aihua from January 1,2019 to December31,2020.According to the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Lung Cancer Tumors and the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Lung Cancer of Yan Tai TCM hospital,the cases were classified with the help of two attending physicians.The diagnosis and treatment information database was established by using TCMISS.And the medication experience of professor Hou Aihua was summarized through descriptive analysis method,association rule analysis method,complex hierarchical entropy clustering analysis method,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering and other data mining methods,as well as the introduction of typical medical records.Results:According to the analysis and summary of the five syndrome types and four stages of 300 patients,the total 15 drugs were: Tangerine peel,pinellia pinellia,Poria cocos,stir-fried Atractylodes atractylodes with bran,Astragalus membranaceus,Radix Ophiopogonis,Scutellaria baicalensis,Fructus ligustris ligustris,Fritillaria thunbergii,turmeric,whole scorpion,Fructus catecornis,stir-fried fructus aurantii with bran.The four gases are warm,cold,sweet,cool and hot in order.It advocates the flat adjustment of cold and temperature,and less use of heat medicine.The five tastes are sweet,bitter,spicy,astringent,sour and salty in order.To the lung,spleen,stomach,liver meridian,medication to qi phlegm,yifei spleen,quyu powder.Through association rule analysis,the most commonly used drug combination was tangerine peel-pinellia ginger-bran stir-fried Atractylodes atractylodes cocos poria.Based on this formula,combined with different syndrome types and different stages of western medicine treatment,the treatment was increased or decreased along with the syndrome.Conclusions:For the treatment of lung cancer,invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi,regulating qi and reducing phlegm is the basic treatment,which runs through all kinds of syndromes and stages of lung cancer treatment.And on that basis,Qi deficiency and dampness syndrome focuse on warming lung and reduding phlegm,tonifying spleen and clearing damp,clearing detoxifying and eliminating tumor.Intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome focuses on clearing away the lung-heat,tonifying spleen and qi,removing stasis,clearing damp and detoxifying.Pulmonary stagnation and dampness heat syndrome focuse on soothing the liver,regulating qi-flowing,tonifying spleen,clearing the hollow viscera,clearing damp and heat.Yin deficiency and dampness heat syndrome focuse on tonifying lung and kidney,clearing damp and heat.Qi and yin deficiency syndrome focuse on tonifying lung,spleen and kidney,removing stasis,eliminating tumor.Postoperative Chinese medicine treatment to prevent recurrence stage focuses on tonifying lung by adding qi and jin,regulating qi-flowing,removing stasis,eliminating tumor.Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy stage focuses on tonifying spleen,kidney,qi and yin.Chinese medicine combined with targeted therapy stage focuses on strengthening the body resistance,tonifying lung,spleen and liver,removing stasis,clearing detoxifying.The late stage of inoperable pure traditional Chinese medicine treatment focuses on tonifying qi an yin,clearing away heat,removing stasis,eliminating tumor.Clinical treatment focuses on the long-term,the pursuit of long-term survival.The drugs are mostly cold and temperature adjustment,reinforcing and reducing both,fuzhengquxie,in order to smooth the period.Good use of aid,attack drugs and tumor.At the same time,pay attention to the spleen and stomach,pivot the gas of the state. |
