Exploration On Academic Ideas Of Treatment Of Taiyin Of Weipi By Professor Zhang Haojun Base On Data Mining And Network Pharmacology

Objective:Data mining on the prescription information of Taiyin of Weipi prescripted by Professor Zhang Haojun to exploring medication rules.Then,to investigate the mechanism of the common basic prescriptions of professor zhang Haojun for the treatment of Taiyin of Weipi by network pharmacology.Methods:Collect the outpatient medical records of Professor Zhang Haojun in the treatment of Taiyin of Weipi from January 2019 to December 2020.To established the database and systematically mine the basic information and prescription in medical records.Microsoft Excel 2013 was used to carry out statistics on patients’ general conditions,and the frequency and taste of traditional Chinese medicine.For prescriptions,the association rules were analyzed by SPSS Modeler 18.0 software,and the cluster analysis was performed by SPSS23.0.The basic prescriptions of Professor Zhang Haojun to treat Taiyin of Weipi was selected for network pharmacology.Using TCMSP to select primary ingredients,whose treating targets would be screened by Swiss Target Prediction.Searching related targets to Weipi through Gene Cards database,and constructing a formula-target network diagram of basic prescriptions.The intersected genes’ protein interaction network was analyzed by STRING website.The potential targets’ GO terms and KEGG terms were analyzed by Metascape database.Results:(1)General situation:Among the 101 patients,179 consultations,with Taiyin of Weipi,and there were slightly more women than men.There were 55 females(54.5%)and 46males(45.5%).The age of onset was mostly in the 41-60 age group(52.48%).(2)Prescription medication:The four natures of the Chinese medicinal herbs were mainly warm(38),cold(29)and neutral Ones(23);The seven flavors were mainly sweet(49),spicy(42)and bitter(36),the meridians of the drugs were mainly the spleen meridian(53)and lung meridian(52).11 drugs with a frequency of more than 100,which from high to low were Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,Fructus aurantii,rhizoma zingiberis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,ginger,Poria cocos,Jujube,Cassia twig,Radix Ginseng Rubra,Pinellia ternata.The cluster analysis shows eight prescritptions.Frequent itemsets show that the common drug combinations are Zhizhulizhong Decoction,Guizhi Jia Shaoyao Decoction.The basic prescription is composed of rhizoma zingiberis,Fructus aurantii and Atractylodes macrocephala.(3)Results of Network Pharmacology Research: 40 active components in the basic prescription can act on 124 targets of Weipi.The core targets are IL-6,AKT1,etc.In GO enrichment analysis,there are 1559 biological process terms,83 cellular composition terms and 140 molecular function terms.287 pathways were obtained according to KEGG enrichment analysis.Conclusion:(1)Professor Zhang Haojun attached attention to treat Weipi from Taiyin,and purposed that the pathogenesis of Taiyin syndrome is cold in spleen and abdomin.The main diseases are spleen meridian and lung meridian.The main diseases are damp-cold,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,dyspeptic,Qi stagnation,Qi reverse and blood stasis.The treatment of Weipi is Wenzhong Buxu and Liqi Xiaopi.Warm nature drugs and Sweet favor drugs are most commonly used.The basic drug decoction was made up of rhizoma zingiberis,Atractylodes macrocephala and Fructus aurantia.The common drug combinations are Zhizhulizhong Decoction,Guizhi Jia Shaoyao Decoction.The common Chinese medicines were Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,Fructus aurantii,rhizoma zingiberis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,ginger.While combined with soothing the liver,ventilating lung,nourishing yin,drying dampness,descending counterflow,calming down the mind,activating the blood circulation according to the specific disease.(2)The active ingredients in the basic formula have biological functions such as metabolic regulation,anti-inflammatory,improving gastric motor,repair of intestinal mucosa,and can regulate targets,such as CYP19A1、ADORA1,to treat Weipi.They exert biological functions by affecting positive regulation of kinase activity,membrane raft,protein kinase activity,etc,and regular signal pathways such as gastric acid secretion,bile secretion,to achieve clinical efficacy in relieving gastrointestinal inflammation,motility disorder,mucosal injury.
