Analysis Of Professor Zhang Xikui’s Medication Law In Treating Chronic Nephritis From Dampness Based On Data Tining Technology

Purpose:Objective: to probe into Professor Zhang Xikui’s compatibility characteristics and prescription rules of treating chronic nephritis from dampness,and to sum up his tutor’s common methods of treating dampness and corresponding dialectical thinking and academic experience.MethodTo collect the medical records of Zhang Xikui from January 2016 to December2022 in the outpatient department of the Second People’s Hospital affiliated’s center fo r the Prevention of diseaseto the Fujian and the Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and to collect the medical records of Zhang Xikui from January2016 to December 2022,the medical records were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the data were processed by Excel 2016,SPSS Modeler18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0.The datawere analyzed by Statistics of frequency,Association rules and cluster.Results:1.This study included 148 cases of medical records,a total of 310 visits,81 males and 67 females,mainly young and middle-aged male patients aged 31 to 50.2.The frequency of use of more than 5.00 % of the commonly used drugs have49 tastes,drug tastes attributed to sweet and mild,bitter cold,sweet and warm class,the spleen,kidney meridian.The highest frequency of drug distribution is tonics and diuretics.3.The commonly used drug combinations in correlation analysis are mainly composed of astragalus membranaceus,poria cocos,white skin,ink hyacinth,ligustrum lucidum,rhizoma aalismatis,ferox fruit and radix rehmanniae.The four groups of core prescriptions obtained by clustering were as follows : The first group : membranous milkvetch root,tuckahoe,gordon euryale,membrane of chicken gizzard,eucommia bark,dried old orange peel,parasitic loranthus,lobed kudzuvine root,tangshen root,agrimonia,denzhan flower,lotus seed,pinellia ginger.The second group : membranous milkvetch root,tuckahoe,densefruit pittany root-bark,membrane of chicken gizzard,oriental waterplantain tuber,lalang grass rhizome,root of pseudo-ginseng,eucommia bark,rice germinating fruit,malt,agaric,largehead atractylodes rhizome,chinese thorowax root,cassia twig,baikal skullcap root,pinellia ginger.The third group: tuckahoe,oriental waterplantaint uber,gordon euryale,cherokee rose fruit,agaric,asiatic plantain seed,largehead atractylodes rhizome,villous amomum fruit,prepared commom monkshood,common peony root,areca peel.betelnut peel,chinese goldthread rhizome.The fourth group :membranous milkvetch root,densefruit pittany root-bark,yerbadetajo herb,glossy privet fruit,gordon euryale seed,belvedere fruit,lalang grass rhizome,sanchi leaf,cicada slough,japanese felt fern,fructuszingiberis nigri,garden burnet root.Conclusion:1.This study included 148 cases of medical records,a total of 310 visits,81 males and 67 females,with 31 to 50 years old in young and middle-aged male patients,in line with epidemiological characteristics,with research significance.2.This study is rich in drugs,49 commonly used drugs.The nature and taste of the drug belongs to the channel of Gan Dan Ping,the main channel of kidney and bladder,the function of infiltration and dampness;the other part is Ganping,Ganwen spleen,kidney meridian tonic medicine,the main level tonic spleen and kidney,both together,reinforcing diarrhea,but not help wet evil.In addition,with bitter cold heat,bitter taste can dry wet,cold main heat,this study mainly involves dispelling wind,clearing heat and dehumidification,clearing heat and diuresis,clearing heat and drying wet.3.Dampness is Yin evil,the nature of water,kidney in the lower Jiao,but also for water,wet evil body,wet with its kind,the most likely to hurt the kidney,so should be wet throughout chronic nephritis always.In the analysis of association rules of high-frequency drugs,the main drug pairs were mainly Astragalus membranaceus,Poria cocos,Cortex Dictamni,Herba Ecliptae,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Rhizoma Alism atis,Euryale ferox seed and Fructus Rehmanniae,which were also the eight most freq uently used drugs in this study.The four groups of core prescriptions obtained by clu stering are roughly : Liujunzi Decoction,Xiaochaihu Decoction combined with Wuling Powder,Zhenwu Decoction,Huangqi Erzhi Pill,and all of them run through the wet treatment.According to the correlation and clustering results,the common wet treatment methods of tutors are summarized as follows : diuresis and dampness,invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,nourishing kidney and nourishing yin and dampness,tonifying qi and nourishing yin and dampness,dispelling wind and clearing heat and dampness,clearing heat and dampness,warming yang and drying dampness,promoting qi and dampness,removing blood stasis and dampness.
