Study On Emergency Response Strategy Of Municipal Medical Institutions In Public Health Emergencies

According to our country enacted the emergent public health event emergency ordinance and other related content,in response to emergent public health event emergency system,from medical institutions play an important role to the hospital,the former is a professional engaged in public health emergencies emergency treatment technology institutions,the latter is mainly responsible for providing medical treatment and nursing injuries.In public health emergencies,the support of hospitals is indispensable in different links from discovery to diagnosis.It can be said that the outcome of the handling of public health emergencies will be directly affected by the coping capacity of hospitals to a large extent.Since the beginning of the new century,there have been many public health emergencies in the world,from SARS to HIGHLY pathogenic avian influenza(H5N1),Sanlu Milk powder incident,the 2009 pandemic INFLUENZA A(H1N1)and the global COVID-19 outbreak at the end of2019.All these pose a serious threat to social stability and public health and safety.Public hospitals are required to give full play to their own role in many different links from event discovery to diagnosis and treatment,and their emergency management ability will have a direct impact on the outcome of event disposal.This article is based on the combination of theory and practice research methods,collecting the hospital deal with public health emergencies emergency management related literature,the second people’s hospital of Yancheng city deal with public health emergencies status quo and the related case study together,at the same time to make some of the problems now constructive opinions.Firstly,the main background of this study is described,the existing literature and cutting-edge trends at home and abroad are sorted out,and the concepts and theoretical knowledge related to public health emergencies are discussed in detail.Second,from Yancheng two hospital basic situation,Yancheng two school of public health emergencies emergency response strategy analysis of the Yancheng city second people’s hospital to cope with public health emergency situation,and in accordance with the way of questionnaire survey to Yancheng city second people’s hospital of emergent public health event emergency response to investigate analysis.Thirdly,combined with the current situation and the results of investigation and analysis,further discusses the important role of Yancheng Second People’s Hospital in the process of dealing with public health emergencies,the main reasons for the difficulties and problems.Finally,the second People’s Hospital of Yancheng to deal with public health emergencies as an example of case analysis,put forward to improve the rationalization of public health emergencies,improve the second People’s Hospital of Yancheng in dealing with public health emergencies in response to the ability of beneficial exploration.This paper found that the main problems in the emergency response strategy of Yancheng Hospital are the imperfect emergency management mechanism,the lag of emergency response team construction,the formality of emergency plan preparation and drill,and the imperfect risk warning mechanism.These problems are mainly caused by the lack of perfect hospital emergency management system,medical staff crisis awareness,information transmission is not smooth,the emergency management information system is not smooth.In order to better solve the above problems,this paper puts forward suggestions on optimizing the public health emergency response strategy of Yancheng Hospital from the aspects of perfecting the emergency management system and mechanism,strengthening the construction of emergency response team,perfecting the preparation and drill of emergency plan,and strengthening the information construction of emergency management.
