Discussion On Professor Wu Jianguang’s Experience And Medication Law In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective: Based on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of discharged patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease by Professor Wu Jianguang,this study uses modern mining technology and comprehensive analysis of relevant theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine to explore the medication law and experience of tutor in the treatment of SAP.Research methods: the discharged patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease diagnosed and treated by Professor Wu Jianguang in the Department of cardiovascular diseases of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2015 to December 2020 were collected in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Input the patient’s name,gender,age and other basic information,syndrome type,prescription name and the name after standardized treatment of traditional Chinese medicine into the clinical information collection system of "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform v2.50".Use this mining software to further analyze the mentor’s experience and medication law in the treatment of stable angina pectoris.Research results:1.Patient information: according to the screened data of 190 discharged patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,there were 90 males and 100 females,with a gender ratio of 1:1.11,so there was no significant difference between sexes;According to the results of age statistics,the incidence of stable angina pectoris is mainly concentrated in the age group of 60-89,accounting for 84.2% of all age groups.It shows that SAP mainly occurs in the elderly.2.Frequency of syndrome types: 190 syndrome types of patients were excavated through software,most of which were "Qi and yin deficiency syndrome","qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome" and "phlegm turbidity blocking syndrome".3.Drug frequency:(1)among the 440 prescriptions of medical records,256 traditional Chinese medicines were included,with a total frequency of 6916 times.Among them,47 drugs with a frequency ≥ 40 were used,accounting for 5008 times,accounting for 72.41% of the total frequency.They are commonly used by tutors in the treatment of stable angina pectoris;There are 9drugs with frequency ≥ 150,1844 times,accounting for 26.27% of the total frequency.They are the core drugs of Wushi in the treatment of sap,including licorice,Angelica sinensis,Poria cocos,tangerine peel,chuanxiong,Ophiopogon japonicus,Schisandra chinensis,Astragalus membranaceus and Bupleurum.(2)classify the 256 traditional Chinese medicines entered and used6916 times.The top five drug frequencies are: tonifying deficiency drugs1905 times,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs837 times,heat clearing drugs 728 times,Qi regulating drugs 612 times and surface relieving drugs 587 times.The frequency of cold drugs and cold drugs accounted for 34.4% and29.4% respectively,and the frequency of four drugs and cold drugs accounted for 29.4% and 28.48% respectively;The use frequency of sweet drugs was 3759 times,bitter drugs 2892 times and pungent drugs 2635 times,accounting for 90.75%,sour drugs 639 times,salty drugs 185 times and astringent drugs 122 times.The drugs that belong to liver,heart,spleen,lung,stomach and kidney meridian are the top six in the frequency of menstruation of all drugs,which are 3085 times,2807 times,2691 times,2657 times,2260 times and 1489 times respectively,and the frequency of use is more than 1000.4.According to the statistical analysis of prescription frequency of mining software,it can be concluded that Shengmai Powder,Xiaoyao Powder,Erchen decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,Suanzaoren Decoction,Li’s Qingshu Yiqi Decoction,Fuling almond licorice decoction,Shiwei Wendan Decoction,Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Guipi Decoction are the top ten prescriptions used by tutors in the treatment of SAP.5.Drug clustering: Based on the drug compatibility analysis of association rules,68 pairs of effective combinations are obtained.According to the frequency of occurrence,the top ten drug combinations are: "licorice,Angelica sinensis","Ophiopogon japonicus,Schisandra chinensis","tangerine peel,licorice","chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis","licorice,Poria cocos","Ophiopogon japonicus,Angelica sinensis","Astragalus,Angelica sinensis","Angelica sinensis,Schisandra chinensis","Ophiopogon japonicus,Angelica sinensis,Schisandra chinensis" "Licorice,bupleurum".By using complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm,16 new drug combinations such as Zhuru-fabianxia-Huanglian and 8 new formula combinations such as Zhuru-fabianxia-Huanglian-Angelica-Poria cocos can be extracted.Research conclusion:1.According to the tutor’s commonly used drugs and core high-frequency drugs for the treatment of this disease: licorice,angelica,Poria cocos,tangerine peel,chuanxiong,Ophiopogon japonicus,Schisandra chinensis,Astragalus membranaceus and bupleurum,we can summarize the main treatment methods of Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,resolving phlegm and blood stasis,relieving depression and calming nerves,and list the tutor’s commonly used drug combinations.2.Commonly used drugs: tonifying deficiency drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,heat clearing drugs;The main characteristics,taste and meridian of drugs used are: warm,cold and flat;Sweet,bitter and pungent;Liver meridian,heart meridian,spleen meridian and lung meridian.3.The tutor believed that deficiency of Qi and Yin,liver depression and qi stagnation,internal injury of spleen and stomach and physical and mental disorder were the main causes and pathogenesis of stable angina pectoris.The concept of syndrome differentiation and treatment includes:Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,emphasizing deficiency and blood stasis,treating more from the liver,taking into account the gallbladder,paying attention to regulating the spleen and stomach,double heart treatment and physical and mental regulation.4.According to the statistical analysis of prescription frequency,the core prescriptions of the tutor for SAP include: Shengmai Powder,Xiaoyao Powder,Erchen decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,Suanzaoren Decoction and Li’s Qingshu Yiqi Decoction.
