Research On Professor Pi Zhiheng’s In Themedicationtreatment Ofexperiencechronic Nephritis Based On Data Mining

Objective: To use the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(TCMISS)v3.0 to conduct a retrospective statistical analysis of Professor Pi Chiheng’s past medical records of chronic glomerulonephritis,and to summarize the syndrome differentiation rules and prescriptions of Professor Pi Chiheng’s treatment of chronic nephritis.Medication experience.Methods:By collecting the cases of patients with primary chronic glomerulonephritis treated by Professor Pi Chiheng from November 1,2019 to November 1,2021,and according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 178 effective consultations were finally screened out.365 songs.By sorting and unifying the data and entering its complete information into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform,the symptoms,tongue and pulse,prescriptions,drug efficacy,four qi,five flavors,and meridian return frequency are counted in the "statistical analysis" of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform.In "Prescription Analysis",the prescriptions are analyzed,the association rules are used to analyze the law of drug combination and compatibility,and the k-means clustering algorithm is used to carry out the correlation of the core combination drugs,and display them visually.Results: 1.Symptom frequency analysis: 56 kinds of symptoms appeared in total,and the frequency appeared 586 times in total.Foamy urine(84)had the highest frequency.Among the other symptoms,the frequency of symptoms with a frequency of more than 10 times was ranked from most to least,as follows: Dry mouth,backache,fatigue,poor sleep,low back pain,loose stools,bitter mouth,dry stool,frequent urination,chills,spontaneous sweating,dizziness,edema,irregular menstruation.Tongue symptoms are mainly red tongue,pale red tongue,and tooth marks on the edge of the tongue.The most frequent is the thin veins.2.Statistical results of traditional Chinese medicine performance:the first is the flat medicine(1550 times),and the second is the warm medicine(1351 times).The five flavors were used in the following order:sweet(47%),bitter(21%),pungent(18%),sour(8%),and salty(6%).In the statistics of the meridians,the spleen meridian(1963),the kidney meridian(1665),and the lung meridian(1631)are mostly used.3.Statistics on the efficacy and frequency of traditional Chinese medicine: 365 prescriptions and 178 medicines were finally collected,with a total frequency of 4136 times.The core drugs used by Professor Pi are as follows: Codonopsis,Gorgon,Astragalus,Tuckahoe,Chinese yam,Sea occcus,Schisandra,Mulberry occcus,Salvia,Atractylodes,dried tangerine peel,licorice,safflower,Niaobusu,Coix seed,Jinyingzi,Platycodon,lotus,Amomum,raspberry,Rehmannia,Dodder,Alisma,Cornus.The categories with the most therapeutic effects are tonic(1228),astringent(757),heat-clearing(393),blood-activating and stasis-removing(303),diuresis and dampness(280),and rheumatism-dispelling(178),regulating qi(176),resolving phlegm,relieving cough and relieving asthma(140),relieving external appearance(121),and removing dampness(108).4.Prescription drug pairs,frequency and clustering results:Commonly used drug pairs are: Codonopsis with Astragalus,Gorgon with Schisandra,Mulberry with sea octopus,Tuckahoe with yam.Through cluster analysis,the prescriptions were clustered into 5 core prescriptions,and the combination of 1 prescription was Gorgon,sea octopus,astragalus,mulberry octopus,codonopsis,and schisandra.The combination of 2 types of prescriptions is soil Poria,Gorgon,Coix seed,Atractylodes,Codonopsis,and Chinese yam.The combination of 3 types of prescriptions is soil Poria,Alisma,Rehmannia,dogwood,yam,and peony.The combination of 4 types of prescriptions is Angelica,Astragalus,Licorice,Atractylodes,Codonopsis,and Bupleurum.The combination of 5 types of prescriptions is tuckahoe,pinellia,coix seed,cardamom,tangerine peel,bitter almond.The commonly used prescriptions for Pi Lao in the treatment of chronic nephritis are: proteinuria No.1 formula,Huacai Shenling Baizhu powder,Liuwei Dihuang decoction,proteinuria No.2 formula,proteinuria No.3 formula,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.Conclusion: Based on the results of data mining,Prof.Pi Chiheng’s understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment of this disease was analyzed,and it was believed that the whole process involved qi,blood,yin and yang deficiency,and stasis,dampness,and heat intertwined,and had the characteristics of deficiency and reality.It is believed that the disease is deficient at the root of the disease,and the deficiency is mainly caused by the spleen and kidney;the disease is mainly caused by dampness and blood stasis.Invigorating the spleen and nourishing the kidney,eliminating dampness and clearing heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are the basic treatment methods.In the treatment of the aftermath,the "spleen and stomach" theory is emphasized.In clinical practice,dialectical treatment is required,focusing on the patient itself,and tailoring and treating alternate therapy for its treatment experience.This data mining provides data basis for the treatment of chronic nephritis with traditional Chinese medicine,and also promotes the research and inheritance of the academic experience of famous and old Chinese medicine.
