The Reserach Of Professor Liu Jianqiu’s Experience And Regularity Of Chinese Medicinals For Stable Copd

Objective: Based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform 3.0,the author preliminarily summarized the clinical experience in the treatment of COPD in stable stage by analyzing the medication rule of Professor Liu Jianqiu,aiming to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: The data collected by the author is from January 2018 to December 2019.Patients with COPD in stable periodwere treated in the Respiratory Outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine and were diagnosed by Professor Liu Jianqiu.After screening according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,the patients’ basic information,tongue pulse,diagnosis and first diagnosis prescription were recorded into the WPS Office to establish a database.The author processed the data and imported it into the TCM Inheritance computing platform 3.0.The data statistics of frequency of use,classes,nature,flavors and channel tropism were obtained by using“Statistical analysis” and “Prescription analysis” in the system,and the results were corrected and verified by WPS Office frequency statistics.The author obtained commonly used drug combinations based on association rules,and used k-means algorithm to obtain clustering chinese medicinal herb combinations.Results:1.Statistics of basic information: A total of 115 cases were collected in this study,including 69 male patients and 46 female patients,with an average age of 67.50±11.33 years old.Both male and female patients were mainly distributed in the 61～80 years old age group.2.Statistics of tongue and pulse information: A total of 7 kinds of tongue quality were involved in this study,mainly for light tongue,dark tongue and red tongue.This study involved nine kinds of tongue coating,mainly for white greasy coating,white coating and white slippery coating.It recorded 13 pulse manifestations,mainly for deep thready pulse,deep slippery pulse and deep stringy pulse.3.Statistics of Chinese medicine: According to the frequency statistics,122 kinds of Traditional Chinese medicine were used,accounting for 1781 times in total.Glycyrrhiza was the most frequently used 90 times,accounting for 5.05% of the total drug times,accounting for 78.26% of the total prescriptions.The frequency of using poria cocos was 89,the proportion of total drug times was 5.00%,and the proportion of total prescriptions was77.39%.The rest of herbal medicine were semen armeniacae amarae,pinellia ternata,ginkgo,flos farfarae,aster tataricus,tangerine peel,earthworm and so on.The statistical results of drug efficacy showed that a total of 17 kinds of Traditional Chinese medicines were used in this study,stop cough,resolving phlegm and relieve panting drugs and deficient tonifying drugs mainly used.According to the four natures of drugs statistics,warm drugs were the most frequently used,accounting for 39.01%.The second was flat drugs accounting for 29.48%.According to the five medicinal tastes of drugs,the drugs were mainly bitter,sweet and spicy,accounting for 56.43%,51.66%and 38.63% of the use frequency,respectively.The statistical results of meridian entry showed that 12 meridians including lung,spleen,stomach and heart were involved,and drugs were mainly attributed to lung meridian,spleen meridian and stomach meridian.4.Analysis of association rule: the support degree set to 57 and the confidence degree set to 0.9,the study obtained 42 medicine combinations,including semen armeniacae amarae-poria,aster tataricus-flos farfarae and so on.The essential prescription was includes semen armeniacae amarae,glycyrrhiza,ginkgo,pinellia ternata,poria,aster tataricus,flos farfarae,tangerine peel and earthworm.5.Cluster analysis: The number of clusters set to 3,we got 3combinations.Combination 1: pinellia ternata,poria cocos,glycyrrhiza,semen armeniacae amarae and ginkgo;Combination 2: Poria cocos,glycyrrhiza,semen zizyphi spinosae,radix bupleuri and radix curcumae;Combination 3 Bitter almond,pinellia ternata,aster tataricus,flos farfarae,ginkgo.Conclusion:1.The main effects of the drugs for COPD stabilization developed by Professor Liu Jianqiu are as follows: stop cough,resolving phlegm and relieve panting drugs and deficient tonifying drugs.2.The main medicinal properties of the drugs used by Professor Liu Jianqiu in the treatment of COPD stabilization period: warm and flat;Main medicinal tastes: bitter,sweet and pungent;Main meridians: lung,spleen and stomach.3.Professor Liu Jianqiu’s core prescriptions for the treatment of COPD stabilization are: semen armeniacae amarae,glycyrrhiza,ginkgo,pinellia ternata,poria,aster tataricus,flos farfarae,tangerine peel and earthworm.4.Professor Liu Jianqiu’s medication ideas for the treatment of copd at stable stage: Supplementing spleen to generate lung and treating disease by pursuing root;Resolving phlegm and relieving cough,warm medicine first;Soothing liver and nourishing blood to tranquilize mind and resolve depression.
