The new crown epidemic outbreak in early 2020 has had a major impact on the world.General Secretary Xi Jinping also attaches great importance to the role of community prevention and control,advocates the command of group prevention and control,and focuses on the two modules of prevention and control in urban and rural communities and patient treatment,and resolutely blocks the epidemic from abroad.Diffusion,blocking the path of external output.In the issue of national epidemic prevention,community prevention and control is very important,and this is also the focus of epidemic prevention and control work.The impact of the new crown epidemic in 2020 also exposed the shortcomings in the governance of my country’s public health communities.This incident puts forward new requirements for my country’s public health prevention and control system,requiring urban departments at all levels to actively improve the emergency public health time.Community prevention and control,comprehensively improve the community governance system of public health incidents.It is precisely because of this factor that in order to find the prevention and control path for public health emergencies,this study chose Guiyang as a sample,analyzed the current emergency management plan in Guiyang,and combined this research to sort out public health emergencies.The relevant content of this article puts forward feasible suggestions and contributes to enriching the relevant research on the management of public emergencies in our country.At the same time,the results of this research can effectively improve the level of prevention,control and management of public emergencies in Guiyang City,and have a strong display significance for the prevention and control of public health emergencies in the context of the current epidemic.The results of this study are equally applicable to emergent public health management problems in other cities.This study makes full use of case analysis methods and interview investigations and other means to sort out the relevant content of public health emergency prevention and control issues at home and abroad,uses the means of literature analysis to sort out relevant data,takes the governance of public health emergencies in Guiyang Huaguoyuan community as the research object,pays attention to the stabilization of community epidemic prevention and control as the core,pays attention to improving the prevention and control system of public health events,focuses on the moral governance means of community governance,and improves the level of party-government coordination and network coordination.In addition,the study analyzes the community governance activities in guiyang city in the face of public health emergencies,and puts forward the problems of insufficient emergency response capacity of community health service centers to public health emergencies,insufficient financial funds for community prevention and control,lack of professional personnel for community emergency management,and slack awareness of prevention and control among community residents.Finally,the community governance plan in the current public health emergency in Guiyang City is fully analyzed in the study,and corresponding governance countermeasures are proposed to improve the community governance work.The results of this study will help improve the departmental coordination mechanism,improve the level of emergency response,and help to gather the resource advantages of all sectors of society to quickly promote the community prevention and control system.
