Study On Integrated Management Of Rural Health Service

The integrated management of rural health services integrates primary medical and health services,mainly relying on the county-level health departments to entrust rural clinics with clear requirements on management,drug equipment,capital assets,performance evaluation and other aspects.However,in the process of practical implementation,there are still some problems such as non-standard management of rural clinics,low professional level of rural doctors,and unscientific management of medical equipment.This study will focus on the survey method and take the integrated management of rural health services in A county of Shandong Province as the research object to understand the implementation of the integrated management of rural health services in A county.Study the county government,county bureau of finance for the work of the management reform of its management and health departments at the county level,county township health centers for rural clinic management,evaluation,motivation,and primary care public service supply results and so on various aspects existing problems and countermeasures,analysis of rural public health service integration management reform to carry out the process,Due to various objective or subjective factors,the problems existing in the actual improvement of public health service supply and the concrete measures taken to effectively guarantee the reform to improve the efficiency of public service supply.To explore the effective implementation of the integration of rural health services,and strive to achieve the effectiveness of the supply of public health service products,so as to make contributions to the basic medical needs of rural people.The results of this paper show that there are some problems in the implementation of the integrated management of rural health,such as the low management level of primary health institutions,the lack of professional quality of rural doctors,the poor stability of rural doctors,the weak professional ability of rural doctors,and the unreasonable management mode of basic service materials.In order to solve the above problems,we should strengthen the scientificity and effectiveness of public management:improve the public management ability of basic medical and health institutions in towns and villages,perfect the welfare system of rural doctors,strengthen the construction of the professional team of rural doctors,and improve the mode of reasonable management and allocation of basic service data.
