| Object:The aim of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Qinglong swinging tail acupuncture combined with blood cupping in the treatment of Cervical Dorsal Muscle Fasciitis,in order to provide a new idea for thetreatment of this disease and to better guide the clinic. Methods:Sixty patients with dorsal Fasciitiswho attended the outpatient clinic of the Department of Acupuncture and Tui-na of Wenzhou People’s Hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into experimental and control groups according to the random number table method;the experimental group was treated with Qinglong waving tail acupuncture combined with blood cupping(n=30),and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture combined with blood cupping(n=30).In the control group, the pain point of the back of the neck was used as the Yu point, and acupuncture was performed in the traditional oblique acupuncture way,and cupping was performed with the flash fire method.SPSS 26.0 was used for data analysis and processing, and the visual analogue score of pain(VAS),cervical spine dysfunction index(NDI)scores and simplified Chinese version of Oswestiy Dysfunction Index(SC-ODI)were recorded before and one month after the course of treatment.Results:1.For comparison of general data, there were 14 males and 16 females in the experimental group, age range 23-74 years, mean age(42.63±14.27)years;duration of disease was 2 months to 24 months. In the control group, there were 15 males and 15 females, with an age range of 20-74 years and a mean age of(4 1.97±14.05)years;the duration of the disease ranged from 2 month to 23 months, and there was no statistically significant difference between the general data of the two groups(P>0.05).2.The differences in VAS scores between the two groups before the course of treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable;the VAS scores of both groups decreased 1 month after the course of treatment, and the experimental group(2.10±0.61)improved more significantly than the control group(3.63±0.76),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The difference between the NDI scores of the two groups before the course of treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and was comparable;the NDI scores of both groups decreased 1 month after the course of treatment, and the improvement in the experimental group(36.23±2.64)was more significant than that in the control group(38.43±2.71),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The difference between the SC-ODI scores of the two groups before the course of treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and was comparable;the SC-ODI scores of both groups decreased 1 month after the course of treatment, and the improvement in the experimental group(37.07±2.68)was more significant than that in the control group(3 9.5 3±2.65),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The overall efficacy of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved 1 month after the course of treatment, and the efficiency of the experimental group(86.67%)was higher than that of the control group(63.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Qinglong swinging tail acupuncture combined with blood cistern treatment can significantly reduce the pain of patients with Fasciitisof the back of the collar, improve the dysfunction of the back of the collar and increase the functional activity of the back of the collar than conventional acupuncture combined with blood cistern treatment, with significant efficacy and no significant side effects. |
