| Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis during recovery period through a randomized controlled study, and to provide a diversified treatment scheme for clinical acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:60 patients with peripheral facial paralysis during recovery period were randomly divided into two groups, with 1 case shedding in the observation group.Finally,59 patients were statistically analyzed. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture, once a day,6 times a week, and rested for 1 day.The observation group was acupuncture first(the treatment was the same as the control group),then sternocleidomastoid muscle and trapezius muscle were treated with Fu’s Subcutaneous Needling reperfusion therapy, once every other day,3 times a week. Two groups were treated for 2 weeks as a course of treatment H-B facial nerve function grade, facial disability index(FDI),and clinical efficacy were statistically analyzed at two-time points before and after treatment. Results:The difference in H-B facial nerve function grade and FDI between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01),and both groups had a significant effect. After treatment,H-B facial nerve grading and FDI between the observation group and the control group showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and the improvement effect of H-B and FDI scores in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.10%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the clinical efficacy of the observation group was superior to the control group in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis during recovery period. Conclusions:Compared with conventional acupuncture,Fu’s Subcutaneous needling combined with conventional acupuncture can significantly improve the H-B facial nerve function grading, increase the FDIP score and reduce the FDIS score patients with peripheral facial paralysis during recovery period, and the clinical efficacy is better, providing an optimal scheme for acupuncture treatment of this disease. |
