Based On The Cloud Platform Of Ancient And Modern Medical Records,the Research On TCM Syndrome Differentiation And Medication Rules Of Diphtheria Was Carried Out

Objective : Collect and sort out ancient and modern medical cases of diphtheria,and use the data mining function of the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform to analyze the law of differentiation and treatment of diphtheria,so as to provide reference for modern clinical treatment of diphtheria.Methods : By searching the relevant literature of diphtheria,the qualified medical cases were screened out.The database of internal prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and the database of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine were established by using the Excel table of medical case template downloaded from the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform.After entering the data and proofreading,the analysis pool was added.The data mining function of the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform was used to analyze the data and interpret the results.Results :1.Frequency statistics of traditional Chinese medicine:There are 176 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines in the oral prescription,and the top 10 traditional Chinese medicines are licorice,Scrophulariaceae,Rehmanniae Radix,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Fritillary Bulb,Menthae Haplocalycis Radix,Forsythiae Fructus,Moutan Cortex and Paeoniae Alba.There were 65 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines in the external treatment prescriptions.The top 10 Chinese medicines used frequently were borneol,bezoar,borax,pearl,indigo,catechu,dragon ’s blood,myrrh,frankincense and musk.2.Statistics of the four properties and five flavors of drugs:the four properties of oral prescriptions are mainly cold,slightly cold and flat;the five flavor attributes are mainly sweet,bitter and spicy.The four properties of external treatment prescriptions are mainly cold,cool,slightly cold and flat.The five flavor attributes are mainly sweet,bitter,salty and spicy.3.Statistics of meridian tropism attributes of drugs:the top three meridian tropism attributes of oral prescriptions are lung,stomach and heart;the top three frequencies of meridian attribution of external treatment prescriptions were heart,lung and liver meridians.4.Efficacy attribute statistics of drugs:The top four effects of oral prescriptions are clearing heat and detoxification,evacuating wind hea,clearing heat and cooling blood,clearing heat and purging fire;the external treatment prescriptions were resuscitation,heat-clearing and detoxifying,heat-clearing and pain-relieving,detoxification and myogenic.5.Drug association rules:Set support ≥ 0.3,confidence ≥ 0.7.There are 17 pairs of combinations of internal prescriptions;there are 4 pairs of combinations of external treatment prescriptions.6.Drug cluster analysis:oral prescriptions were divided into 7 groups:Group 1:Radix Scrophulariae,Radix Rehmanniae;group 2:licorice;group 3:Radix Ophiopogonis,Cortex Moutan,Radix Paeoniae Alba;group 4:fritillaria,mint;group 5:honeysuckle,forsythia;group6:Shigao,Zhimu,Gualou;group 7:rhubarb,gardenia,mulberry leaf,reed root,zhonghuang,radix isatidis,achyranthes bidentata,burdock,silkworm,scutellaria,rhizoma coptidis,platycodon grandiflorum,almond.The external treatment prescriptions were divided into 5 groups:group1:Qingdai;group 2:bezoar.pearl;group 3:borneol.borax;group 4:cinnabar;group5:keel.dragon ’s blood,musk,catechu,myrrh,frankincense.7.Drug community analysis:There were 5 communities in the oral prescription;there are 4 associations of external prescriptions.8.Drug complex network analysis:The core oral prescriptions were Radix Scrophulariae,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Fritillary Bulb and Herba Menthae;the external prescriptions were borax,borneol and bezoar.Conclusion :1.Based on data mining technology to summarize the experience of diphtheria treatment,it provides ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of diphtheria in traditional Chinese medicine.2.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diphtheria,in the treatment of the overall emphasis on both attack and tonic,Quxie and righting both,drug properties and meridian to cold;bitterness;the drugs of the heart,liver,spleen and lung meridians are mainly.
