| Objectives To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chaiyin Yajia Fang by observing the improvement of clinical symptoms and changes of relevant indicators in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis with heat toxin excess syndrome, and provide basis for future clinical application. Methods A total of 68 patients with subacute thyroiditis from the outpatient and inpatient department of endocrinology of Tangshan Hospital of TCM,the syndrome differentiation of heat and toxin excess syndrome, and use SPSS 23.0 software was randomly divided into two groups, with 34 cases in each group, the treatment group was given Chaiyin Yajia Fang Chinese medicine Shenwei granules for brewing, and the control group was given ibuprofen extended-release capsules for oral, and were observed for 4weeks.Were recorded TCM symptom score,VAS score;thyroid function level(TSH,FT3,FT4),ESR,CRP and inflammatory factors level(TNF-α,IL-2,IL-6);and the most safe indicators in routine blood, urine and stool tests and liver and kidney function tests before and after treatment;and recorded the occurrence of adverse reactions, statistical treatment and result analysis of data with SPSS 23.0.Results 1 Totally 68 patients were included,in the treatment group,1 case fell off and 1case was eliminated, and the control group eliminated 2 cases, finally 64 patients completed the observation.2 Before treatment, two groups in gender, age, course of disease),main symptoms and signs and accompanying symptoms, laboratory indicators(thyroid function,ESR,CRP),inflammatory factor indicators,VAS,and TCM syndromes scores, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).3 After treatment, the observation indicators of the two groups were improved, the main symptoms and signs, thyroid function,ESR,CRP and inflammatory factor indicators were improved(P < 0.05),and the pain score and TCM syndrome score were reduced(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).4 The TCM syndrome effect and total effect of disease in the treatment group were 93.7% and 90.6% respectively, and those in the control group were 81.2% and 78.1%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5 There was no obvious abnormality in the safety indexes of the two groups, and there were 1 case of adverse reaction in the treatment group and 5 cases in the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusions Compared with the oral of ibuprofen extended-release capsules,Chaiyin Yajia Fang treatment can significantly improve the symptoms and signs, reduce the pain score and TCM symptom score, improve the level of laboratory indexes and inflammatory factors levels in patients with subacute thyroiditis with heat and toxin excess syndrome, there is no obvious abnormality of safety indicators, which is worthy of clinical promotion.Figure0;Table23;Reference 115... |
