Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis With Jumping Acupuncture Clinical Observation Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture with jumping technique in the treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis,due to qi stagnation and blood stasis,and to explore whether this method is superior to the conventional acupuncture treatment,so as to provide a more effective treatment for KOA in clinic.Methods:A total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis of qi stagnation and blood stasis were included in this experiment,and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in both groups selected Xuehai,Liang Qiu,Yanglingquan,Yinlingquan and Zusanli for acupuncture treatment.In the control group,the routine needle insertion method was used,and the flat-reinforcing and diarrhea-relieving manipulation was performed;In the treatment group,acupuncture was performed according to the jumping method.The two groups were treated once a day,and the needle retention time was 30 minutes each time.Six consecutive times were a course of treatment,and one day was taken after each course of treatment,for a total of four courses of treatment.Before and after the last treatment,the Western Ontario and McMaster university osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7)and Lysholm Knee Scoring Scale(Lysholm),and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:1.WOMAC score:compared within the same group,the WOMAC score was significantly reduced in both groups after treatment(P<0.01).Inter-group comparison showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).2.VAS score:After treatment,both groups can effectively reduce the VAS score(P<0.01).Compared between groups,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.GAD-7 score:compared within the same group,the GAD-7 score was significantly reduced in both groups after treatment(P<0.01).Inter-group comparison showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).4.Lysholm knee joint score:compared within the same group,the Lysholm knee joint score was significantly increased in both groups after treatment(P<0.01).Inter-group comparison showed that the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).5.Clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%.Compared between the two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In the treatment of KOA,both jumping acupuncture and conventional acupuncture have the effects of relieving pain,anxiety,and knee joint activity and function.2.The acupuncture with jumping method is superior to conventional acupuncture in improving the clinical symptoms and curative effect of KOA.
