Objective:In this topic,a clinical randomized controlled trial is conducted to investigate the clinical efficacy, superiority and inadequacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of subthreshold depression with liver depression and spleen deficiency,in order to provide a more appropriate and efficient treatment for clinical practice.Method:In this study,72 subliminally depressed subjects from the acupuncture and moxibustion department of Yunnan TCM Hospital and Health Management Center are randomly assigned to the treatment group(TG)(acupuncture and moxibustion)and the control group(CG)(conventional acupuncture method),with 36 subjects from each of the two groups.Treatment is given 3 times a week for 4 weeks,a total of 2 courses.Accurately record data changes before treatment, after 1 course and after 2 courses, the observed data changes for Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17)score,TCM syndrome score,Depression Scale(CES-D)score,record the summary of data information, through the SPSS26.0 data analysis software, the treatment effect between TG and CG.Results:1.Baseline comparison: results showed that there was little difference between TG and CG in gender, age, disease progression,TCM syndrome score,CES-D score, and HAMD-17 score, and that TG and CG were comparable.2.TCM syndrome score: comparing between the first treatment course and before treatment,P> 0.05,the difference in TCM syndrome score between TG and CG was small, and after the second treatment course,P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.Intra-group comparison: by observing the data changes before and after treatment, the scores of the two courses of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.Second syndrome score: comparison between groups: Comparison of the second syndrome score after the two courses and before treatment showed that the differences between the two groups were statistically significant.Intra-group comparison: by observing the data changes before and after treatment, the scores decreased after both treatment courses and before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant.3.CES-D score: there was no significant difference in CES-D score between TG and CG after the first course of treatment(P > 0.05),but there was a significant difference between TG and CG after the second course of treatment(P < 0.01).Within-group comparison: looking at the data changes before and after treatment, the scores of the two treatment courses were significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.01),the difference was statistically significant.4.Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17): after the first treatment,P > 0.05.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the same score of the HAMD-17 between the two groups after the second treatment(P < 0.001).Data changes before and after treatment were observed in the group. After the two treatments, the values were lower than before treatment(P < 0.01),the difference was statistically significant.5.Curative effect evaluation: after the first course of treatment, the effective rates of TG and CG according to the evaluation criteria were 78.79% and 66.5%,respectively.67%,there was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups after the second course of treatment, according to the evaluation standard of curative effect,in the TG,5 cases were cured,13 cases were clearly effective,13 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.88%,and 1 case in the CG was clinically cured,10 cases were clearly effective,7 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 61.81%.Under the premise of P < 0.05,it was considered that the difference was clinically significant from a statistical point of view.Conclusion:1.Both acupuncture and moxibustion and routine acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of subthreshold depression with liver depression and spleen deficiency.2.In the treatment of subthreshold depression with liver depression and spleen deficie ncy, acupuncture and moxibustion is superior to conventional acupuncture. It can better red uce the self-assessment of depression symptoms and other values of patients with subthres hold depression, improve the depression and related overall symptoms of patients, especial ly the symptoms related to the gastrointestinal tract, and it has the practical significance of preventing and preventing disease and discomfort.
