To Explore The Medication Rules Of Professor Liu Zhongyong In Treatmenting Hypertension Combined With Insomnia Based On Data Mining

Research Purpose:1.Clinical collection of Professor Liu Zhongyong’s 339 prescriptions for hypertension combined with insomnia,through drug frequency statistics,association rule analysis and entropy hierarchical cluster analysis,to understand the prescription drug rules.2.The clinical experience and academic thought of Professor Liu Zhongyong in the treatment of hypertension mixed with insomnia were summed in his prescription rules for the treatment of hypertension combined with insomnia.Research method:The clinical prescriptions of Professor Liu Zhongyong in the treatment of hypertension combined with insomnia were collected and input into Excel and a database was established.The four qi,five flavors and the meridian-dependent characteristics of the single medicine contained in the prescription were classified and analyzed.SPSS22.0 software and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software were used for drug frequency statistics,association rule analysis and cluster analysis.High-frequency drug combinations were excavated,core combinations and new prescriptions were found,and the rules between symptoms,signs,syndrome types and medication were analyzed.Combined with the experience during clinical study,the clinical experience of Liu in the treatment of hypertension combined with insomnia was further summarized.Research results:1.In the prescription analysis,the top 10 most frequently used drugs were: Chuangxiong(268),Fu Shen(242),Salvia miltiorrhiza(220),sour jujube kernel(204),Polygala(201),wood fragrans(190),Tianma(180),Tangerine peel(177),Tulip(176),Pharyngiae pinelliae(173).Warm,mild,and cold were the primary therapeutic qualities,and sweet,bitter,and spicy were the primary therapeutic flavors.The liver,heart,spleen,stomach,and lung meridians were the primary meridians.The top five high frequency drug combinations were“salvia miltiorrhiza”(188),“Sichuan Ligusticum-Fu Shen”(187),“Fu shen-jujube kernel”(183),“Fu Shen-Gala”(179),“jujube kernel-Gala”(173).The association rules of drug combination with support ≥16% and confidence =100% were set up,and there were 3 two-item drug associations and 20 three-item drug associations.The top 4 drug association frequencies were:Tangerine-Phellodendron peel-Phellodendron peel,Rhizoma elata-Prunella vulgaris,Curcuma officinalis-loquat leaf,Atractylodes atractylodes rhizoma atractylodes rhizoma-Phellodendron peel-Atractylodes rhizoma.Seven drug core combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.2.A total of 339 cases of hypertension combined with insomnia were analyzed.Eight kinds of tongue texture were found,Light red tongue texture,dark red tongue texture,tooth traces on the edge of the tongue texture,red tongue texture,light purple tongue texture,light purple tongue texture were the frequencies,in that sequence.The frequency order for the eight different types of tongue covering was as follows:thin white,thin yellow,white greasy,yellow greasy,crack,less moss,white run,moss peeling.There were 16 kinds of pulse pattern,and the sequence was as follows: pulse string,pulse thin string,pulse string slippery,pulse thin thin,pulse string number,pulse thin thin number,pulse heavy,pulse smooth,pulse thin and astringency,pulse knot generation,pulse number,pulse slow and pulse weak.3.In the analysis of prescription syndrome types for the treatment of hypertension combined with insomnia,there were 5 syndrome types,among which the frequencies were liver Yang hyperactivity(29.79%),liver stagnation and spleen deficiency(27.43%),phlegm dampness obstruction(23.01%),qi deficiency and blood stasis(15.34%),and Yin and Yang deficiency(4.43%).research conclusions:1.According to the data mining of Professor Liu Zhongyong’s prescription medication rules for treating hypertension combined with insomnia,the incidence of hypertension combined with insomnia is closely related to the liver,heart,spleen and kidney.In the treatment,the combination of heart and liver,the coordination of Qi and blood,the emphasis on improving the spleen and stomach,the holistic concept and the specific application of syndrome differentiation,achieve the peace of Yin and Yang;2.Professor Liu Zhongyong’s core drugs for treating hypertension complicated with insomnia mainly include Chuanxiong,Fu Shen,Salvia miltiorrhiza,jujube kernel,Radix officinalis,gastrodia elata,Tangerine peel,turmeric gold,pinellia pinellia,etc.Through systematic cluster analysis,it is concluded that the core prescriptions are Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction,Gastrodia elata Guteng Yinhua cutting,Bupleurum bupleurum Shugan Sanhua cutting and Guipi decoction Yinhua cutting,which increase and decrease clinically according to the syndrome.
