The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that the most arduous and arduous task of comprehensively building a socialist modern country is still in the countryside.Currently,China’s rural areas are dominated by the small-scale peasant economic system,and the major problems in rural development are the low quality of the rural population,the difficult development of public welfare undertakings,unscientific rural spatial planning,and the difficulty in improving the rural landscape.This shows the necessity for our party to inherit rural culture and improve the rural living environment in the process of building a new countryside.The construction of beautiful villages in the new era should take public art as the auxiliary medium,and always focus on "Chinese path to modernization" to achieve real rural revitalization,rather than blindly imitating the construction model of western modernization.Nowadays,public art has become a deeply rooted form,spreading the unique culture of rural areas,and bringing a positive impact on local social development.Research has shown that it is feasible and necessary to improve the rural environment through the use of public art at home and abroad.The successful cases of art rural construction clearly demonstrate the important role of public art in promoting rural development.Therefore,the application research of public art intervention in Guanzhong rural construction under the background of rural revitalization strategy has important significance.This article first conducts research and analysis on the topic of the paper through multiple channels such as case analysis at home and abroad,on-site research,and literature reading.Detailed discussion was given on the design principles,creative methods,and implementation paths of public art intervention in rural construction.By analyzing the rise,middle and development stages of Public art,this paper combines Public art and environmental factors,and expounds the relationship between them;Based on the plan of Guanzhong art village construction,the Spatial analysis of Public art’s involvement in Guanzhong villages and the existing problems of Public art’s involvement in Guanzhong village construction are analyzed;On the basis of the method of Public art’s involvement in rural construction in Guanzhong,the effective analysis from small to large,from point to surface,summarizes its impact on rural construction in China.One is the normalization of Public art’s involvement in rural construction,making Public art’s involvement not temporary but a continuous activity;Second,the inspiration of Public art’s involvement in rural construction should avoid excessive individualization and urbanization in the design process,and should also retain its own local characteristics in the construction process.Under the background of new rural construction,combined with the creation method of public art involved in Guanzhong rural construction,and based on following the "Chinese path to modernization",this paper discusses the creation method and path of public art in rural construction,how to vigorously develop art rural construction,so that its unique artistic charm can influence rural people from the inside out,so as to achieve people-oriented and do what the villagers want,so as to expand rural industries The return of rural funds and the promotion of the return of rural population will enable the villagers in Guanzhong and even the whole country to catch up with the new welfare of the new countryside.Strive to deeply explore the new functions of local art and rural construction through the intervention and exploration of public art,and further explore the artistic forms of rural revitalization in a manner suitable for China’s national conditions,so as to turn public art into a green,high-quality,and normalized development in rural construction.
