Summary Of Professor Guo Enmian's Experience In Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis Based On Data Minin

Purpose: treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis through data mining.Materials and methods: The cases of patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis Treated in the outpatient department of Professor Guo enmian of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were collected.The name,gender,age,tongue coating and pulse,prescription and treatment time of the patients were entered by two people using the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,and the frequency statistics of various results were carried out,And use the software to analyze the law of formula formation and new formula.Results:A total of 186 outpatient medical records meeting the diagnosis and inclusion criteria were included.Through the analysis of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance platform,it was found that there were 14 kinds of high-frequency tongue images and 35 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine with medication frequency ≥ 15,of which baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)had the highest frequency,179 times in total.According to the analysis of four Qi and five flavors of drugs,the occurrence frequency of plain drugs and sweet drugs was the highest.The top 5 drug pairs were huangqi(Astragalus)-baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala),shanzhuyu(Cornus)-baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala),baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)-gouqizi(wolfberry),shanzhuyu(Cornus)-huangqi(Astragalus),shanzhuyu(Cornus)-gouqizi(wolfberry).The extracted new formula combinations were wuweizi(Schisandra chinensis)-shanyao(yam)-shudihuang(Rehmannia glutinosa)-danggui(Angelica sinensis),muli(Oyster)-tianma(Gastrodia elata)-longgu(keel)-ejiao(donkey hide gelatin),fupenzi(raspberry)-chantui(cicada slough)-baihuasheshecao(Hedyotis diffusa)-dangshen(Codonopsis pilosula).Conclusion:Professor Guo enmian mainly treats chronic glomerulonephritis based on the principle of Tonifying the spleen and kidney,supplementing qi and nourishing yin.The clinical treatment is mainly based on tonifying deficiency drugs.
