Medication Rules For Liver Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome In Hypertension Based On Data Minin

Objective: Application of data mining technology to traditional Chinese medicine theory as the instruction,the essence and treatment of hypertension of liver Yang syndrome related published journal articles as the object,by frequency analysis method,the algorithm of association rules,entropy clustering analytical explore prescription drugs such as New Zealand law,research on the treatment of hypertension of liver Yang in port of drug compatibility rule,which provides new thinking for clinical medication.Methods:(1)Collect data.The literatures about hypertensive liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome were searched by database from January 2001 to January 2012.The keywords were "hypertension liver Yang hyperactivity","vertigo liver Yang hyperactivity" and "headache liver Yang hyperactivity",and the sub-keywords were "Traditional Chinese medicine","Traditional Chinese medicine" and "Traditional Chinese medicine".A total of 208 prescriptions were collected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.(2)Analyze the law of clinical drug prescription.Build liver Yang syndrone hypertension disease and drug prescriptions database,using traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary software of frequency calculation,sets of rules,New Zealand analysis application interface,parse the four gas mixed and belongs to the law of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and analyze the relationship between the drug and the core of the commonly used drug combination is given and the potential of New Zealand,bring help for clinical medication.Results:(1)The database of prescription drugs for the treatment of hyperactivity of liver Yang in hypertension was established.(2)The "TCM Inheritance auxiliary platform" was used to analyze the commonly used prescriptions and drugs for hypertension with hyperactivity of liver Yang,and the main treatment method for hypertension with hyperactivity of liver Yang was to calm the liver and suppress the wind.Conclusions: In this study,a database of prescriptions for the treatment of hypertensive liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome was established,and the characteristics of prescriptions for the treatment of hypertensive liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome were analyzed by using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system,so as to provide a basis for the compatibility of prescriptions for hypertensive liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome and guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
