Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Tic Disorder In Children With Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Mind-regulating Massag

Objective: This study evaluated the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with Tiaoshen Manipulation in the treatment of tic disorder in children,by comparing the curative effect of TCM combined with Tiaoshen Manipulation treatment group and TCM control group,as well as the reduction rate of YGTSS and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and confirmed that Tiaoshen Manipulation can reduce tic symptoms,improve the physical fitness of children,so as to improve the quality of life,and provide new ideas and new methods for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: Ninety-six children with tic disorder with liver wind internal motion syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,48 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Shugan Xifeng Granules and Tiaoshen Manipulation,while the control group was treated with Shugan Xifeng Granules.The treatment course was 3 months,followed up for 3 months after the treatment.The symptom changes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the disease efficacy,YGTSS reduction rate and TCM syndrome score reduction rate were compared.Results: In the treatment group,a total of 45 cases were completed and 3 cases fell out.In the control group,a total of 47 cases completed,1 case fell out,a total of 92 cases completed.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in gender,age composition,disease diagnostic classification,total score of YGTSS,total score of motor and phonation,motor score,phonation score,damage score,total score of TCM syndrome and each sub-score between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.In this study,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was76.6%,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Compared with the YGTSS score,the total score of YGTSS,the total score of motor and vocalization,the motor score and vocalization score were decreased in the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),while there was no statistical significance in the reduction rates of each score between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of damage score,the treatment group was lower than before(P<0.05),while the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of TCM syndrome scores,after treatment,the effective rate of TCM syndrome score,the decreasing rate of TCM syndrome score,the total score,the main symptom score and the secondary symptom score of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM syndrome integral,the rate of integral reduction,the total TCM integral and the TCM secondary syndrome integral were lower in the treatment group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of TCM primary syndrome(P>0.05).It is showed that the improvement of tic symptoms was related to the diagnostic classification.The improvement of symptoms in children with PTD was better than that in children with CTD and TS(P<0.05),but not related to gender(P>0.05).Follow-up comparison of TCM syndromes,there was no statistical significance in the total score,main symptom score and secondary symptom score of the control group 3 months after the end of the course of treatment(P>0.05),while there was statistical significance in the total score of TCM syndrome,mian symptom score and secondary score of the treatment group 3 months after the end of the course of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that both TCM and Tiaoshen Manipulation can alleviate the tic symptoms and improve the clinical manifestations related to liver wind internal motion syndrome,such as irritability,fullness of side and side,headache,constipation of stool,short red urine,restless sleep,etc.In improving children with TCM syndromes,the effect of Tiaoshen Manipulation is better,and the effect lasts longer,which can effectively adjust the constitution of children and improve the quality of life.There were no adverse reactions in the enrolled children during the treatment,and no abnormal laboratory indicators,indicating high safety and suitable for further study and clinical application.
