On The Cultivation Of Master Of Music And Art In Normal Universities

Mfa was first established in European and American countries.With the rapid development of China,the reform of education has entered a period of vigorous development.In order to perfect the top technical talents needed by the development of various national undertakings,the country began to set up professional talents training.In order to improve the overall development of the education system,the Ministry of Education established the Master of Arts in 2005,which enriched the overall development of the field of professional degrees in China.Mfa has been through more than ten years of development,in various colleges and universities have also been set up m FA points,music as an independent art,in recent years,the development of great achievements.Many local colleges and universities put a lot of resources into the training of m FA,and constantly explore and reform.Actively explore the local colleges of music master of arts training new ideas,at the same time,in response to the call of the national government,relying on local regional characteristics,due to the school to adjust and reform the training of music master of arts talent.Promote the flourishing situation of m FA.From the Angle of exploring the cultivation of m FA talents in local normal colleges,this paper takes the Music College of Shanxi Normal University as an example to narrate.This paper will be divided into five chapters.The first chapter describes the purpose and significance of the research,the research trends at home and abroad,the main research methods and the main content of the research.Then the second chapter is a brief description of the basic situation of the master of Art in Music,from the background of China’s master of Art,development and training status.The third chapter narration is specific to the basic situation of shanxi normal university master of music and art,and music of shanxi normal university master of art from the students,teachers,curriculum and learning environment to do a simple introduction,and have a certain understanding,in turn,leads to the fourth chapter,on the basic situation of the third chapter in-depth investigation and analysis,So as to investigate and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of college leaders before the reform of mFA.Fifth chapter then the above analysis to put forward by the introduction to the current "one can only nine" the introduction of pilot training scheme and implementation of the basic situation,combined with the pilot reform of the college and the art of the defects in the master program,in an orderly fashion shows in shanxi normal university college of music in the music art master’s cultivation has put forward a series of reform plan,For shanxi Normal University music master of Arts talent training to formulate a new way to adapt to their own development.Finally,some personal suggestions are given for the cultivation of m FA talents in Shanxi Normal University.Through this article,I hope more people will pay attention to the development of m FA in Shanxi Normal University.
