With the development of information and networking,various teaching theories and models have emerged.Flipped classroom is one of them.Flipped classroom is a teaching model that reconstructs knowledge acquisition and internalization.It has been applied in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Under the background of the coronavirus pandemic,all activities have been converted to online.Teaching Chinese as a foreign language is no exception.From the author’s teaching experience and relevant research,there is less interaction in recorded teaching.Live-streaming teaching is highly dependent on the Internet.Online teaching in traditional model has great problems,which affects the Chinese teaching.In order to solve the problem,some scholars have proposed a "mixed teaching model of recording and live" and a "full online remodeled flipped classroom",which provides a direction for the improvement of author’s teaching.The hybrid teaching model based on flipped classroom had been applied to the online teaching of elementary Chinese comprehensive courses.Through the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis,questionnaire survey,classroom observation,interview and other methods of experimental results,the research is aim to solve existing problems and improve the effect of online Chinese teaching.Here are four parts in this article.The first part mainly introduces the theories and models from the two dimensions of students and teachers.The second part mainly designs experiment from the aspects of students,textbooks,platforms,teaching objectives,teaching videos,model construction,and teaching evaluation.Teaching cases have four parts:new words,grammar,texts,and culture.The third part is a comparative analysis of the data collected through experimental scores,questionnaires,interviews,and classroom observations.The fourth part is the reflection on the application of the model,summarizes the advantages,disadvantages,and suggestions for improvement.The effect of hybrid teaching based on flipped classroom is better than the traditional teaching.The mode has applied value in online teaching of Chinese as a foreign language during pandemic,which can mobilize the enthusiasm of learners,consolidate the foundation of Chinese and improve Chinese ability.
