Deeply and systematically researches had done to the extraction flavonoids from licorice using supercritical carbon dioxide,purification flavonoids through silica chromatography and extraction,purification glycyrrhiza acid from the licorice residue.1 .Decided the HPLC analysis conditions of the flavonoids and glycyrrhiza acid in general and system way. Checked the contents of liquiritin,isoliquiritin,isoliquiritigenin,glycyrrhiza acid and glycyrrhetinic acid during the process.2.Studied the transferring substance characteristics and solubility factors during supercritical carbon dioxide extraction flavonoids ,obtained the better process condition. The yield of flavonoids was 1.35% and the content was 32.45%,that was much more better than traditional method.3.Studied the purification of flavonoids through silica and large diameter resin chromatography,obtained the better silica chromatography condition of purify flavonoids,the yield of flavonoids was 1.12% and the content was 55%.4.Studied the extraction and purification of glycyrrhiza acid from licorice residue,obtained the better process condition through effect factors and orthotropic experiments,the yield of monoammonium glycyrrhizinate was 1.45% and content was 95%.This process used the licorice resource sufficiently,obtained flavonoids and glycyrrhiza acid in one process through one group of raw material ,and provided the strong base of theory and practice to develop licorice medicine with high quality and profits.
