In company with the exploitation of deep or ultra-deep oil and gas well in ashore and offshore, as well as the developing of the drilling technology and drilling science, deep drilling rig with advanced performance and new style automated equipments are poorly expected. Inter frequency conversion electric rig is a good kind of deep drilling rig for its advanced technique and local lithospheric thickness an favorable flexibility and reliability. This kind of rig is becoming one of the developing trend for the deep drilling rig, which is now widely used.With assimilation of the advanced technology and successful usage abroad, we launched the study of the ZJ70DB drilling rig. This kind of rig has the intellectual property of our own, which is designed to adapting the demand of our drilling market and exporting. This kind of drilling rig is high-tech products with machine, electricity and liquid control integrated. The owner electric machine and the independence electric machine can make the automated feeding. The Inter frequency conversion gearing winch can make breaking automated. In all, this rig has a high level of intelligence, automation, network. The successfully developing of this kind of rig would enhance the technology capability of the drilling equipment in our country. Far-reaching effect would be taken to our oil exploration area.After systematic analysis and research, we mainly made the study as follow: (1)We made the the general design for the ZJ70DB drilling rig and the contrast of the general plan, and we made the ascertain of the technical parameter and concept for the rig. We made the computation and analyses for the rig.(2)We made the research on the transmission of the rig power. We made the analyses for the power and transmission in common use. Then we made the design for the electric drive system. Finally, we made the design of driven well pump actuating system with low cost.(3)We made the design for the rotary system and the improved design for the SL450 hydrant. We made the tri-dimensional design and FEM analysis of the shell of the hydrant as well as the improved sealed wash pipe.
