Dialogue And Cooperation: International Political Economic Analysis Of Environmental Issues

It leads to free—ride because one state does but the others benefit from. A state thinking highly of its interests is so selfish that he waits the others to do rather than do it by itself. (2) Differences between developed and developing states. They have argued about the problems of priority to development, difference between rights and obligations, expected that the opposite side do more on environmental protection. (3) Sovereign rights. To solve environmental issues would corrode it to some degrees, so that it must be proper regulated.In theory and practical, I think the answer to environmental issues is international environmental cooperation whose ideological base is sustainable development, which not only meets the needs of the present people, but also does not harm to ability of later generations.
