Through the contrastive analysis of the environmental economic policy abroad, the experience which can be provided to our country is following: bringing environmental protection into the whole process of the decision and programming of social and economic development; combing the law and the technique control on pollutant control; combing the administration and public participation; establishing integrated management system; increasing the penalty to the behavior of breaking the environmental law and strengthening the contact of the government and each research groups, etc.Along with the establishment and perfection of socialism market economy system of our country, the important function of environmental economic policy has already presented increasingly. We should choose the environmental economic policy according to the principles of the validity, the fairness, the legality, the acceptability, the feasibility of supervisory management and economic efficiency.
