With the rapid development society and economy, more varieties of household electric appliances are emerging and the popularizing rate is rising year by year. To meet the needs of market development and market competition, enterprises have to keep developing new types of products to win more market chances. Enterprises have to put emphasis on products'manufacturing, selling and after-sale service, and the dispose of obsolete and abandoned products is committed to society. As a result, on the one hand there is an increasing demand for natural resources and energy resources, but on the other hand the ever-increasing rate of elimination and abandonment has caused a great amount of waste household electric appliances which is not only a heavy burden to society, a waste of resources and energy but also has a bad effect on environment, declining living condition.Compared with the developed countries, there is still a wide gap on the researches of the recovery and reuse of waste household electric appliances. It maily reflects in: firstly, researches in China are still at a stage of idea guidance and qualitative discussion. They are lacking in systematic theory and method to standardize and guide the recycling process, which results in low level, low efficiency and low benefit of recycling. Secondly, recycling of waste household electric appliances is at a lower level, lacking in advanced technical support and there is not enough input in the development of advanced recovery equipment.Based on the current background and the practical requirements, this paper discusses some key issues in the recovery and disposal process about waste household electric appliances systematicly. The main opinions are as follows:(1) The theory of comprehensive recycling economy, environmental economics and product life cycle is discussed, and the theoretical basis of recovery and reuse of waste household electric appliances is discussed systematicly. (2) In this paper ,the factors which affects the recycling mode selection of waste household appliances are analize,the implementation model of the recovery and reprocessing is discussed respectively, and recycling targets, recycling objecets, recycling technology,recycling system entitie and technical support of recovery and reuse system is described comprehensively. The process of the recovery and resuse of household electric appliances has also been made a brief analysis.(3) In this paper, the status quo of the recycling of waste household electrical appliances is introduced, the factors which affect the recycling are analized in detail.In order to enable the recycling to be in efficient, and we proposed management measures for the member of the recycling of waste household electrical appliances. The question of the recycling cost sharing is discussed, the deposit return mechanism of the recycling is proposed, and the solutions for "orphan products" are proposed.(4) This paper particularly employs artificial intelligence Multi-Agent theory to study the dispatching problem of recovery and disposal system. For the dispatching problem of recovery and disposal system of waste household electrical appliances, this paper establishes a frame of recovery and disposal dispatching model and its functional features after analyzing the technological characteristics of Agent and Multi-Agent and dispatching rules of recovery and disposal.Agent in dispatching of recovery and disposal system makes the corresponding decision and specific action according to the news from the other Agents.(5) Synthesizing studies in the current literature on supply chain inventory model, this paper establishes a mathematic supply chain inventory model which is a mixture of production system involving recycling and reprocessing and manufacturing activities, and studies the mathematic model of recovery and disposal inventory system using MAS model-building.Take the model for example, this paper studies the inventory system problem of stable and early recovery and disposal.(6) An inventory system dynamics model of recovery and reuse based on MAS is established on the basis of analyzing the supply-chain inventory system of recovery and reuse of waste household electric appliances.Take Haier Group's assumed production and recovery data for example, this paper makes simulation on the platform of Swarm model-building and simulation sofeware. It also makes comparisons of the simulation results with the real numbers, which proves the validity of the model and provides decision support for the improvement of supply-chain inventory management of recovery and reuse.
