Research On Integrated Management Of Grid Engineering Green Design

With the problem of environmental pollution and resource shortages have become seriously, the concept of green design is gotten more and more attention. It is realized that the methods of treatment after pollution are not effective. It requires new measurements to solve this problem. Thus, "Green design" is promoted. By this way, the problem could be settled down at the beginning, and the load of environment could be reduced. Affected by manufacturing, various industries take research on "Green design" and get some achievements. There are some green concepts in power industry, such as "Green Power", "Green Marketing". It is meaningful to the green and sustainable development. Therefore, this paper studies on the "Green design" of power project systematically.The research on fundamentals of power project green design, the current definition of green design only shows principles, does not target on specific industry. Therefore, based on the theory of green design, this paper proposes the concept of power project green design. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of power technology and environment. Meanwhile, it provides some principles on the green design of power. The method of how to calculate the environment cost of power project is also proposed.The research on affecting factors of power project green design, based on the study achievements of first section, this part focuses on the factors analysis. It builds a factor system of power project green design, which includes power plant, Power company, government and demand-side. And also, the impacts of key factors are quantitative. Then, take smart grid for example, it provides the strategies of green design and references for implementation.The research on management of power project green design, from the conflicts between green design and traditional management of power project, such as "Limit design", "Cost management". It prompts the solutions of green management, by the theory of game and management. And also, it analyzes that how to make green design implement well.The research on incentive of power project green design, how to encourage interest parties of green design to take design successfully is also the focus of research. From three aspects (supply-side, government, demand-side), it provides the relative incentive mechanism and strategies. And then, this paper proposes some policy suggestions about how to guide power project green design effectively.The research on evaluation of power project green design, according to evaluation theory, it takes an evaluation system of power project green design. Then, it applies this system on specific power project and verifies the effectiveness of this method. Meanwhile, it studies the differences between green design and standard design of power project. In order to improve design, it proposes some improvement advices about standard design.
