| In the complicated domestic and international environmental, the outdated andbackward weapon is far from guaranteeing the victory of the modern local war. Becausethe comprehensive strength of China has been enhanced greatly, the weapons is updated ata fast pace than ever before. With adopting new materials, new technology and newtechnique, higher maintenance support ability is required for the updated new styleweapon equipment. The quality of the maintenance resource planning directly impacts themaintenance support ability which is closely related to the fighting capability, so it is quitenecessary to do a good maintenance resource planning.This paper carry out configuration issues on the number of persons at all levels ofmaintenance and spares, which combined with the actual situation of a missile securityorganizations and consulted with many researches on allocation of maintenance resources.The main work is as follows:Firstly, maintenance levels of missile body structure are analyzed and results formsare presented using a decision tree model based on FEMCA; secondly, simulation modelof minimum number of maintenance personnel in two level maintenance organization isestablished in Arena software, which based on professional partition of missile technicalsupport unit and system model of equipment maintenance random service; thirdly,simulation model of replacement of spares in two level maintenance(TLM) organization isestablished in Arena software, which based on analysis of the spare parts securityprocedure of a missile technical security unit; finally, a simulation is conducted by takingsealing ring as an example.The models established in this work and the methods employed in this paper can beused to design the maintenance resource planning, and this work will be useful to makesecurity plans. |
