Theory About Image Generation Of Architectura Based On Experience

The main topic of this paper is concerned about architecture design methodology. The argument is put forward under the social phenoumenon that people pay more attention to the pluralism of personal experience and social culture today. The discussion is held with the foundations of correlative academic achievements in the field of current philosophy, aesthetics, psychology, and artistics creation theory. Considering the features of architectonics, a framework of architecture design theory based on experience is built up.Through reviewing the production and development of the"experience", the comprehensive research work are focused on the life philosophy, hermeneutics philosophy, pragmatic philosophy, experiencial philosophy, and experiencial economics, furthermore the meaning, primary peculiarity and mechanism of experience is summarized as the theorical foundations of deep research.Although it is not difficult to understand the meaning of"experience"as a general conception, its connotation has gone beyond the common meaning in the current western philosophy field. Due to the value of epistemology, experience and perception has become a kind of new way of thinking opposite to rationalism to deal with complicated problems in the post modern society as a useful means. The primary qualities just like unity, procedurization, and interaction still reside in each experience even though the intension of experience deepened and prospered. Considering experience is a mental process, the cognitive psychology is brought in to analyze deeply the the mechanism of occurrence and developement of experience through using related theories, results of text, and quantitative data. Then the contents and the sequence of architectural experience are analized followed.An important conception of"generation"is comprehensively interpreted and the nature of"experience art"is sumarized by means of"generation theory"of post-modern philosophy and"experience art theory"of hermeneutic aesthetics. These two important theories verify availably the embodied-mind nature of architecture art and the generative character of architectural imagine. A theorical system of architectural creative methodology and design rules are built up on above analysis and inference.The points and skills how to plan an architectural experience are discussed chiefly to obtain the methods and procedures of architectural creation based on experience. The generative mechanisms of architectural imagine are induced herein: controlling of ideas, self-discipline of form, restricting of environment. Either three design stratge are suggested: event-orgnazation policy, scene-integration policy, dynamic-representation policy.Since the human experience is still growing and developing, the research system about the architecture experience is dynamic and open. At the end of this dissertation, some characterics of experience today are summarized in five aspects: new horizon, new scale, new field, new rhythm and new media. They not only expand the field of our thinking but also enlarge the methods and ideas of architecture design accordingly. Analizing the digital creative-process of contemporary architecture, the special generative mechanism determined by the digital technique and the digital-generating approach of their image are revealed.The research is finished under the macroscopical background that the level of architecture design is far behind the current situation in China: the architectural market is growing and completing, the architectural industry tends to be international and globalized, the amount and size of construction is increasing rapidly. So that both theory and methods are needed to improve. Aiming at the present stage of society and the new trend of design field, a helpful attempt is made to find a new way of contemporary architectural design fit for our condition.
