In this dissertation, Disassembly modeling, generation method and optimization of disassembly sequences and selective disassembly sequences, disassembly path, the disassemblability of product are deeply researched in the three-dimension environment, and the practicability, visualization and integration with other related researches are also considered.The main contents are as following:1 The disassembly model is established. The needed information of disassembly research is analyzed, and extracted from product's three-dimension model. Some other information also can be added, so the non-whole direct hierarchy graph is established.2 The generation method of disassembly sequences is researched. According to the features of researches on disassembly sequences, the mathematical model of hierarchical probabilistic fuzzy cognitive map is proposed. Hierarchical probabilistic fuzzy cognitive map is established according to the information extracted from product's three-dimension model and expert knowledge. The disassembly sequences are got by the cause reasoning of hierarchical probabilistic fuzzy cognitive map.3 The selective disassembly sequences are researched. According to the decision-making of recycling, the aim of disassembly is decided. The selective disassembly sequences are got by using indirect method and constrain reliving method.4 Disassembly path of parts is researched. Based on Object-Oriented Technology, the moved path of parts is got in three-dimension environment.5 The disassembly sequences and selective disassembly sequences are optimized. The assessing level systems of the disassembly sequences and selective disassembly sequences are respectively proposed. The optimal disassembly sequences and selective disassembly sequences are got by using FAHP and TOPSIS method.6 The disassemblability of products is assessed. The concept and formula of disassemblability degree is proposed. According to the FAHP method, the disassemblability of products is assessed, and the disassemblability degree is computed to feed back to the designers, so the disassemblability of products can be improved.7 The disassembly analysis system is designed. The system contains many modules, such as the disassembly modeling, the inquiry of parts' information, the generation and optimization of the disassembly sequences and selective disassembly sequences, analysis of disassembly path, disassemblablity of products and disassembly simulation.
