In present time, due to the development of network technology, especially the technology of Internet/Intranet/Extranet, some new revolutions and important influences are being brought to manufacturing industry. Networked manufacturing have become one of the primary development trends in modern manufacturing industry. Because networked manufacturing comes down to the integration of many high technologies, including internal and external integration of enterprises, integration of product lifecycle, the integration of a mass of hardware and software, and integration of technology and management, the networked manufacturing platform which can integrate various resources and have various functions, will be the technology support tool for networked manufacturing.Based on the analysis for the research of networked manufacturing platform (NMP) and its related technologies, the architecture of networked manufacturing platform has been established, which includes function architecture, running process, technology architecture consisting of fundamental support technology and fundamental application technology. After analyzing the characters that the NMP's business process, organization architecture, functionality are complex and changeful in the process of developing NMP, a integrated modeling method based on the combination of DEMO, NAM and UML has been proposed. Combined the advantage aspects above three methods, we can model the NMP in the process of fractionizing business process, standardizing organization behavior and confirming detailed functionalities. The integrated modeling method can give a new idea for system modeling and analysis in NMP. In the development of NMP, we must solve the integrated problem of complex and various application service sets. An integrated pattern of NMP, including service framework model and fundamental framework model, has been proposed on the basis of analysis for integrated requirement of NMP. The fundamental framework model consists of service registry and management mechanism, application flow configuration, application flow driving, resources dynamic scheduling, public service, architecture of information exchanging, special field database, middleware system, database management system and network system. The key to service framework model is the second encapsulating standard of application service system. The integrated pattern can provide the implementation basement for the service integration of NMP.According to constitutes of integrated pattern, our studies focus on the four parts of fundamental framework model. Firstly, the reference model of information exchange has been established. This model can be used to resolve the problem of exchanging and integrating the heterogeneous and distributed information. Secondly, in order to solve the problem of driving local and distributed services, two driving method composed of message-driven mechanism and P2P workflow management model have been proposed in this paper. The combination of two driving methods can solve the problem of business processes changing frequently, finite capacity in information traffic between business activities, heterogeneous system operating each other. Aiming at the situation of lack resources in the running process of enterprises dynamic alliance, and combined existing dynamic scheduling method, a dynamic resource scheduling model based on activity has been proposed in this paper, which can provide supports to complete the business processes punctually for enterprises dynamic alliance. On the basis of the analysis of the present problems of security on information transmission of NMP, the information transmission security model based on XML has been established in this paper. An encryption and decryption communication process has been introduced. The model consists of encryption component, decryption component and key distributed component.
