Information and its dominator are more and more important among three main elements i.e. energy, material and information dominating human being social. It drives human being social from industry times to information times. The appearance and development of Internet, Intranet and Extranet, Virtual Private Network make it possible to exchange information and cooperate work together over time and space. That is to say, industrialization is promoted by information.The critical of information process is how to use information resource efficiency, that is to say mega information management, speed and quality of data process must be covered. So, it is very important and valuable in theory and application to research on information resource integration.Information mining for time series cubic data is one of difficult issue, which has been existed in process industry information integration. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm is easy to consider for extracting information from time series data by hierarchy attributes of information. Dynamic AHP algorithm based on 3-degree consistentdecision matrix is proposed to to ensure the extracting information is consistent, sequential and comprehensible. Meanwhile, dynamic incremental AHP is provided to adapt the change of attributes and criteria during information mining. A new algorithm to generate completed information is established based on above AHP algorithm.In additional, Subjective weight is very difficult for complicated and multi-level process information. So, the objective weight method is proposed to define the weight of criteria by difference drive fuzzy AHP algorithm with eigenvector of fuzzy multi-attribute evaluated space, so that completed information will be generated objectively.Effective information and knowledge management method is necessary when data capacity is grown extremely. The first important thing for information integration is to express information effectively. The basic-element is introduced for information representation to solve limitation for transform of information with conflict issues, information explosion and consistent verification of multi-level information. The alternatives, attributes and value are comprehensive together by basic-element. Such features could be efficiency for expressing measurable and immeasurable information. The convenience of information share and consistent verification could be improved by sorting attributes of basic-element information and together with its extensible and transform.For large-scale data/information dealing, Clusting algorithm based ondependent function viz sorting attributes of basic element information is proposed. It could be effective for solution of large-scale relationship data and information. Further, The system reconstruction algorithm is provided based on dependent function of basic-element. Provided algorithm could effectively solve how to combine sub-system into general system and how to get general system solution by attributes of sub-system or factors together with extensible transfer and expandable principle of basic element information.Dimensional structure model of basic-element information and dynamic extensible space information integration model are set up for process industry basic element information. Framework algorithm of information integration is formed by such measure.All of the proposed algorithms and measure have beed used for 60Kt/a ethylene cracking furnace optimization operation technical development project (Sinopec Science-Technology research and development project No.E03007). dusting algorithm based on dependent funcition is adopted to solve classification and sorting for process alarm. Alarm completed information is mined by dynamic AHP algorithm from time series cubic data. Measure algorithm of basic-element completed algorithm is combined together with EEMUA (Engineering Equipment and Materials Users Association) guideline of alarm systems to design and management, so that alarm basic-element completed information could be mined.
