Study On Outdoor Thermal Environment Of Urban Architectural Complexity Based On Image Process

Urban thermal environment is an important research topic in built environment, which is related to the quality of city life and energy consumption.The current researches on urban thermal environment in China are mainly focused on the city level such as urban heat island and have made many progresses. But the study on architectural complex and the local outdoor thermal environment is scarce. Especially, the rapid development of residential neighborhood in China accoutered many problems, such as the outdoor thermal environment in the course of design and construction. For the situation, the thesis studies the outdoor thermal environment of architectural complex, which is on the level between single building and city level. There is great difference between architectural complex and city level, because the former is related to the building arrangement, construction material, green belt etc. In order to consider these factors in the model of outdoors thermal environment of architectural complex, the image process is used in the thesis. The digital image can store all the influential factors in form of data, so the analysis of built thermal environment can be transferred to the analysis of image, which provides a novelty method for the study on outdoor thermal environment.As the study is for the design of architectural complex in the early stage, the zonal network model is used in the model of airflow in architectural complex. The flow model is consisted of ground and buildings, which form different flow zones. Flow zones are connected by the different openings. Through the model, the solution of airflow can be achieved. At the same time, the math models of radiation and heat conduct are set up. Many factors are considered in the math model of outdoors thermal environment, such as direct solar radiation, diffused solar radiation, reflected radiation, long-wave radiation, heat convection with air, heat transfer in exterior wall and ground etc. In the math model, the distribution of direct solar radiation, diffused solar radiation, heat convection with air, heat transfer in enclosure and ground are considered. The equation sets of heat balance for buildings, ground and air are set up and used to solve the temperature of buildings and ground. With image process, the image model of zonal network, image model of radiation, image model of heat conduct are set up.
