Research On The Architectural Design Of Service Complex For The Disabled

China has always attached great importance to the improvement of the people’s livelihood of the disabled.In recent years,the cause of the disabled has developed rapidly,and the basic service system for the disabled has been basically formed.However,the life of the disabled in some areas is difficult to be guaranteed,and the public service facilities for the disabled are relatively scarce.At present,China has promulgated several construction standards for comprehensive service facilities for the disabled,but there are still many problems in the theoretical methods,design requirements,standard convergence and so on,which also brings a lot of confusion to architects in the design practice.Therefore,it has positive practical significance and application value to further strengthen the research on the architectural design of comprehensive service facilities for the disabled.This paper takes the complexes for the disabled as the research object.Firstly,it expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research on the complexes for the disabled,defines the relevant concepts,and constructs the research framework based on the domestic and foreign literature review.Secondly,it analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of the disabled and discusses the accessibility related to the disabled.This paper analyzes,compares and summarizes five excellent typical cases at home and abroad,and then discusses the different design methods and key points of disabled complexes in planning and architectural design from five aspects: site selection and layout,building scale level,functional configuration,functional room design,indoor and outdoor public space.On the basis of the above theoretical and methodological research,taking the project of complex for the disabled in Jiangning District of Nanjing(33600 square meters)participated by the author as an example,from the perspective of engineering practice,the complex for the disabled in the new era has been studied from multiple perspectives and levels,and the design task has been completed in an all-round way;finally,the relevant facility types,planning layout and building scale have been obtained,function setting,reasonable data and clear conclusion of indoor and outdoor space.The research results,innovative ideas and engineering design drawings of this paper have theoretical significance and application value for the planning,design and construction of complexes for the disabled in Nanjing and even Jiangsu Province.
