Research On The Architectural Design Of A Building Complex In Xi’an High-tech Industries Developmentzone-the Project Of Har Vard Age

At present,the building complex has become the main trend to develop the secondor thirdtier cities.Because of the powerful ability to integrate the city space, carryingthe city’s social, economic and cultural functions, it adapts to the development ofcontemporary city requirements.Therefore, it becomes an important means of theeconomicdevelopment of the city, enhancing the vitality of the city, improving theimage of the city, improving the competitiveness of the city.As the largest city inNorthwest China, with the "Xi’an city" planning appearing, Xi’an gradually expandsthe city scale.Therefore, building complex that can realize the intensive use of landresources, and establish the city landmark pattern of development, has become theinevitable choice of the city development.Comparing with its plenty constructions, the developmental history of thebuildingcomplex project types in our country is very short. Sothe research on the basis of thetheory, experience and methods is relatively weak.From the actual situation and thedevelopmental trend of China’s city construction, building complex must be animportant type of the city construction, and there aremany depth researchto bestudied.Therefore, the present study of building complex, especially the study ofthepractice design and the methods of such projects, is of great practical significance.This paper studying the public architectural design principles and commercialbuilding design method as the basic theoretical basis, starting from the constructionbackground of Xi’an High-tech Zone Harvard Project for the city, this paper makes aresearch and investigation on the city form, development status and trends, regional base status and commercial value of Xi’an High-tech Zone. Onsite visits andquestionnaire through the project area property complex project, in-depth access tomarket information, provide the design basis for a more comprehensive to the project,so as to make more accurate positioning of the project. The project design practiceprocess as the main line, for the practical engineering design plan stage carried outsystematic overall points, and put forward the design method and key points of eachstage of the problem, the paper summarized the research of the project of typicalproblems. And on the basis of the investigation of the project in the apartment partcompared with the analysis of the multiple functions of adaptability, detail and clearthe variability of spatial Harvard project design, really will be "people-oriented,sustainable development" concept in the design, the ultimate goal is the design of theproject. Finally,on the basis of summarizing forefathers’ theory, combined with theparticipation in the actual project experience, the paper puts forward the researchresults and practical, which is the trend of development of modern building complex,to solve some practical problems and actual engineering and to provide reference.
