Studies On Organization System Technology In Advanced Manufacturing Mode

As the rising of the knowledge economy and the further development of the ITrevolution and the globalization, the market, the technology, the competition and thesocial economic environment that the manufacturing industry faces are experiencing aprofound change. The traditional manufacturing mode with the mass production as themain characteristic based on the large-scale market faces the unprecedented challengeabove. The manufacturing industry is experiencing a revolution of the advancedmanufacturing mode (AMM) with implementing the advanced manufacturingtechnology (AMT) and the thorough transformation of the operational way such as BPRas the main content.With the unceasing emergence of the new AMM, at present, there are dozens ofkinds AMM proposed at home and abroad. Also its basic thought has obtained thewidespread approval. In the performance, AMM pursues the lean, the agile, theflexibility, the green and its coordination; In the structure, AMM presents the modular,the integration, the network, virtual and the ecological tendency. However, at present,the majority of AMM hasn't been applied yet, which limited the exertion of AMTbenefit. The essential restriction factor is the lag of organization innovation.Correspondingly, there is less study on the organization structure in the present AMM.Therefore, establishing a new organization mode suitable to the AMM structurecharacteristic demand has constituted the urgent topic for the AMM research andapplication.This thesis mainly focuses on exploring a new theory and method of theorganization structure and its design mode adapting the AMM structure characteristicdemand, namely a design mode of the integrative network organization based onoptimal organization unit (OOU). Therefore, the thesis takes the socio-technical system(STS) technology as the essential method, synthesizing the interdisciplinary researchmethod about the organizational economics, the organizational management and thecorrelative technical subjects.
