Research & Application On The Organization Model Of DNC Network-manufacturing

Now, along with the upgrading of management level of production, the maturation and popularization of CAD/CAM technology, it is urgent to integrate CAD/CAM system, database and CNC base into the computer network technology and the DNC technology. The brand-new network-manufacturing model can be used to replace the traditional production pattern to realize the local, regional even global manufacturing network system, for the purpose of increasing the sharing and utilization of information and resources, to achieve intensive production and satisfy the need of future advanced production process and management.Through researches and analyses on the correlated theories, technologies and different organization model of domestic and foreign DNC network-manufacturing system, with the research of the DNC technology, the CAN field bus technology, the industrial Ethernet technology and the communication technology as the basis, the author of this thesis has given a suitable DNC network-manufacturing system organization model that is based on the industrial Ethernet technology and Ethernet Device Master Multi-port Serial Device Servers & Hubs for mechanical institute project laboratory center of GZU. The author of the thesis has completed the function structural design and the system structure design of the DNC network manufacture system, organized and implemented the overall system's software and hardware system on the spot. At the same time, he has carried on the related debugging work in the scene for system in implementation process and given the solution to problems which appeared in debugging the process. The author has eventually completed the DNC network manufacture system which is able to integrate the database, CAD/CAM, the Internet, the numerical control machine tools as a whole, resulting in the entrance into DNC network manufacture domain for the mechanical institute's project experiment center that is one of the key foundation directions in advanced technique of manufacture.
