The Study On Detecting Technique Of Bolting Quality And Its Application

Rockmass bolting technique is used in a wide range of geotechnical engineering at home and abroad. At present, the dynamics method of rockbolt detecting is applied ever so much ,but method study and mechanism analysis is on the move .It has reality significance to research the method of non-damaged dynamics detecting of bolting quality.At the beginning of this thesis, introduces bolt's classification and application, then reviews and summarized the course of development about the detecting technique of bolting quality in international and domestic , analyses basic idea and principle about all kinds of detection method ,and judged them .Then , researches and studies the mechanization of bolting detection widely for the first time in domestic ,creates the math-mechanical model of bolting as given consideration to bolt's elasticity damping and viscous damping ,and viscoelasticity wave equation in anchor pole and solved ,then analyses some exceptional circumstances.The Ultrasonic Stress Wave (USW) Method for bolt bonding integrity includes detecting length of bolt and detecting degree of grouting compaction of bolt Bonding . This thesis analyses the mechanism and method about quality detecting of bolt bonding system .uses for detecting length and degree of grouting compaction, gives up distinguishable reference of bolting quality and demand about equipment and instrument\initiation , accepting , field work .performs model experiment according to actual engineering .verifies USW's effectiveness for detecting quality of bolting system .accumulates lots of useful experience about detecting. By means of many parent practical application in Laxiwa Hydropower Station of Huanghe River and Xiaowan Hydropower Station of Lancangjiang River, achieves abundance of information and experience of practical application ,and offers authentic detected data for engineering quality inspect .and verifies its well effect that USW was used for detecting quality of bolting system. This paper has diagnosed fault and problem of rockbolt detecting for the present. Holds up problems need to study and solve .and sets forward trend from now on.
