For Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises Asp Application Service Platform For Research And Development

Currently, manufacturing enterprises have weak technology power and low information level, which are faced with difficulties and challenges at network times. The purpose of this dissertation is to explore ASP application service platform faced engineering manufacturing enterprises. ASP application service platform provides application software and technical service with rental mode, enterprise can only pay fixed rent according to protocol. With its advantages of low investment and quick benefit, ASP application service model makes for solving difficulties for small- and medium- sized businesses. Therefore, on the dead-alive condition of the whole engineering manufacturing enterprises, changing traditional product development and management model, it is important for economy development to adopt ASP service model for realizing information shared.At first, evolution status and trend of ASP are introduced. Requirement of manufacturing enterprises to ASP service model is analyzed, as well as application and evolution status of ASP at manufacturing enterprises. Considering characteristics and advantages of ASP service model, systemic structure of ASP application service platform faced manufacturing enterprises is put forward, which integrated manufacturing enterprise with ASP service model. Then, service process of ASP application service platform is discussed. Meanwhile, its systemic structure and the key technology are researched. Technology project of ASP application service platform, standardization of requirement description along with integration data stream technology of ASP application service platform are all key technology. Finally, ASP application service platform faced engineering manufacturing enterprise is explored. This systemic structure is based on network, so ASP application service platform adopts B/S model, how to use J2EE to develop this prototype is explained particularly. CAPPFramework and cutting parameter management system are characteristic at mould industry, so they are applied to this prototype in this dissertation. This dissertation will play an important role in spreading the technology of Application Service Providers.
