Enterprise Application Integration, Supported By Capp Application And Implementation

Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) is one of the core technologies of advanced manufacturing, the integration of the enterprise about CAPP system always complex. The abundance special software development and the inferior adaptability to dynamic application environment of the integration become a big obstacle in process of integration. The Enterprise Application Integration delivers a whole new solution for integration in the enterprise. Aimed at integration of the enterprise and in the view of deeply application of CAPP, the thesis delivers the integration configuration which based on toolkit of CAPP and EAI.1) Based on the analysis on application of CAPP in enterprise, the thesis putting forward an integration configuration of CAPP which based on the technology of EAI, such as component and message mechanism, and also introduce all parts and operational mechanism of the configuration.2) Based on the configuration above-mentioned, a collaborative process planning schema for distributed manufacturing environment is described, the management of manufacturing resources and the mechanism of collecting process information based on EAI are brought forward, and the management of manufacturing resources and typical process in enterprise is discussed. The key technologies of information integration about CAPP based on the configuration are expatiated. The management technique and mechanism of message are particular introduced.3) An overall architecture of the integration system between the tools of process plan in CAPPFramework and Teamcenter Enterprise based on EAI is designed and developed, then some examples are given.By the research, the technology of integration about CAPP is enriched, and some effective methods and technology about information integration in enterprise are expatiated.
