Study On Standard For Building Information Modeling Application In Jiangxi Province

The rapid development of construction industry can not get away from the progress of electronic information.BIM(Building information Modeling),which is regarded as a revolutionary technology in architectural industry on 21 st century,is widely applied to the constructive engineering field.Many BIM standards have been promulgated in succession in provinces and cities.The application of BIM technology in Jiangxi Province is relatively backward,so the work of establishing standard for BIM technology application in Jiangxi province is of great significance.By studying on American,British and Japanese BIM application standards and combing the BIM standards or guidelines from the mainland,this paper using the literature-summarizing method,contrastive analysis method and case analysis method summarizes the similarities and differences of these standards or guides and analyzes their merit and demerit.Based on this,the paper elicits the content which the framework of Jiangxi BIM application standard is supposed to contain,including corporate BIM deployment,BIM implement plan,BIM project management collaboration and BIM application.Focusing on the the framework of BIM application standard,the paper study on the content of the framework.The paper analyzes the IT environment deployment and personnel training planning for the initial application of BIM technology in the company from the perspective of the enterprise.After that,the thesis studies the differences of BIM application implementation plans of different subjects from the perspective of construction project participants and further in BIM cooperative work's aspect,the paper analysis the function of BIM collaborative work platform and probes into the content of collaborative work in each stage from the stage of project design,construction and operation.From the point of view of the whole life cycle and the time sequence of project progress,a total of 20 BIM application and their main content are summarized to create the detailed workflow of 20 BIM application.Finally,engineering case are used to verify the effect of the research results of BIM application standard.As a part of scientific study of housing and urban-rural department of Jiangxi province,this paper summarizes the study results and expects the establishment and continuous improvement of the standard for BIM application in Jiangxi province.
