Water Saving By Support System Of City User Groups

The shortage of water resources severely detains the social and economical development of our country. Water saving and establishment water saving society are fundamental way to solve the water shortage in cities, to guarantee and promote the sustainable of social and economical development. College users are of educated group, most of them have well psychological quality, higher moral standard and advanced ideology. Intensify the study and practice of the water saving of city college groups may lead to other city user groups to saving water and may efficiently solve the water shortage problem in cities.Based on the National Science Fund project, the National "863" project, a study on the theory and practice of water saving by city user groups from the point of management and planning were conducted. The construction of city user group water saving supporter system was studied with the aim of building the water saving society, advancing the sustainable and harmoniously development of the city, and promoting the development of water saving society. The main achievements in detail include the following:(1) The rule and structure of water use of colleges in Xi'an was studied. The relation between the amount of people and the building area per-student in colleges were studied with the correlation method and grey system theory method.(2) The evolutionary trends of water use system of college students in Xi'an and coordination nature in different college were studied to construct harmony development model of water-use coefficient for Xi'an colleges based on the coordination control theory.(3)The psychological stratification analysis was carried out to for solving the water saving problems of city user group, excavating behavior characteristics of the city user group from the psychological root. The corresponding countermeasures were put forward to promote the user to form the autonomy behavior in order to achieves the goal of constructing water saving society.(4) The measures and approaches to strengthen the water saving consciousness water of users and to cultivate public moral environment of water saving were discussed through the analysis of moral problem...
