| With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the contradiction between urban water use and lack of water resources has been amplified.Faced with the impact of the serious shortage of water resources on China’s economy and society,China,starting from the basic national policy,should not only protect water resources,but also strengthen efforts to build a water-saving society.And solving the water-saving problem of building system is essential to promote the process of smart city and water-saving society.To this end,in 2019,the Ministry of Water Resources took the construction of water-saving institutions in the water conservancy industry as a benchmark in the battle of water conservation,and built a number of water-saving units with strong awareness of water conservation,complete water-saving systems,universal water-saving appliances,advanced water-saving standards,and strict monitoring and management,so as to promote water-saving transformation of all units and promote water-saving in the whole society.For the positive response to this policy,some unit on the work site building system of water-saving reform,because the building is in the system have a passive building houses,so the water-saving transformation of construction system on the premise of guarantee not reduce water comfort,through the construction equipment technology and water saving appliances equipment modification,make the building system of foreign withdrawals to meet minimum at the same time also reduce emissions,and built a comfortable,convenient,health,safety and low water water consumption of low environmental load building system.This paper introduces the water-saving transformation of the building system from the following four aspects.and finally analyzes the water-saving benefits.(1)The unit knows the current water consumption of the building system through the water balance test.To find out the current situation of its water use,help the building system to find the place where the water waste is serious,and find the breakthrough point for the subsequent transformation of water-saving technology and the strengthening of water use management mechanism.(2)After understanding the actual water consumption of the building system through the above water balance test,the feasibility analysis of the water-saving potential of the building system was conducted by using the comprehensive analysis method in combination with the current relevant national water consumption standards.In this way,the understanding of the potential of the building system to save water can help the unit to find the aspects in need of water-saving transformation,so that the unit can carry out water-saving transformation of the building system in a more targeted way,so as to improve the utilization rate of water resources of the building system.(3)through the water saving potential analysis,based on the actual situation of the building system establishment of unconventional water recycling,the building system was established according to the actual situation of rainwater recycling recycling system,so as to reduce water and reduce the displacement,not only can reduce water consumption cost directly,also can effectively reduce the pollutants generated from the construction system of the regional environment load pressure.(4)water equipment transformation of building body,through the replacement of water-saving appliances,reach the purpose of water saving,directly in the choice of water-saving equipment,according to the analysis of comprehensive efficiency,more suitable for the building system of water-saving devices,starting from the direct benefits,without reducing water comfort at the same time,also can reduce cost of water every year,the building system directly reduce the operation cost of units for the building system bring direct economic benefits. |
