At present, our country is in the strategic period of adjusting the economic structure and updating traditional industries. As a kind of logistic service mode distribution meet the need of economic integration, accustomed the development of socialization production and embodied the trend of modern economic development, so with the transformation of economic increasing mode from expanding the quantity to improving the quality and the continuously expanding of logistic market demand, modern logistics is deemed as the final domain of decreasing cost by enterprises who construct actively and deeply the logistics distribution system characterized by specialization and cooperation and modernization. Joint distribution is a kind of effective method, which can both improve the transportation efficiency and reduce negative externalities. Joint distribution is an effective way to integrate social resources. From the microcosmically viewing, participant companies could gain scale economic, increase operation efficiency, and reduce operational cost. Participant companies can save lots of resources, because they don't need much capital, equipment, land, and manpower. Joint distribution expanding market bound, breaking close selling net, facilitates establish concomitant co-prosperity environment. From the macroscopically viewing, implementing joint distribution can bring out a lot of benefit, such as reducing total social traffic flux, allaying the possibility of jam in downtown because of unloading, ameliorating traffic condition, increasing load factor by concentrated disposal, saving space and manpower in logistic process, improving social living quality by ameliorating commercial logistic condition. Supported by the project of transportation science and technology development plan in Jilin province, Study on Joint Distribution Development Model and Key Technology of Road Transportation Industry, considering the actual demand of revitalizing Old Northeast Industry Base and constructing logistics distribution system of Jilin province, with the precondition of using and integrating fully the existing logistics resources, this paper investigates deeply the consolidation strategy and distribution cost of joint distribution. Because the joint distribution system is dynamic, complicated, and reactive, it is suitable for the application of system dynamics. Especially, for those questions have a great number of factors, a complex makeup and dramatic variations, system dynamics can describe and simulation. So, we can get a deeply reorganization of joint distribution system.Through the introduction of concept and connotation of joint distribution, joint distribution is divided into some types from many angles. This paper analyzes three kinds of consolidation: in inventory, in vehicle, and in terminals. Through establishing a trade-off model between consolidation benefits and penalties, the distribution cost of each consolidation strategy is calculated. It describes the trade-offs between the consolidation benefit of lower transportation charges and the consolidation penalties of increased inventory costs, longer vehicle routes. The application conditions of the strategies are summarized.This paper uses method of Cooperation Game Theory and Bargain Theory to solve the problems of cost shares and benefit allocation concerned greatly by all participators of joint distribution. According to the research data and suitable hypothesis, this paper makes a contrast among several calculation results, which are computed by such methods as Shapley Value, CGA, MCRS, Nash Bargaining Value, and Proportion directly, it can be concluded that Evaluation method of Cooperation Game Theory can better embody the principle of justice and rationality than other methods and be accepted by leaguers more easily, so can be used to compute cost allocations among participators in joint distribution.Starting with the systematic thought, this paper chose one route of joint distribution as an example. By utilizing Vensim, the special software of system dynamics and by establishing a system dynamics model of joint distribution, the research made efforts to find the inter-influencing and inter-restricting dynamics relations between various factors. Through simulation, the conclusions that policy makers care about have been drawn and in a certain time period, these conclusions will serve as an important support of the distribution policy making.The novelty of the paper mostly embodies in:1. By applying the system dynamics to joint distribution consolidation strategy, it can make a deep research on dynamic development operation mechanism, offer assistant and reference to the analysis of distribution problem.4. Based on the simulation results of consolidation strategy, it puts forward the system implement method of joint distribution. This paper studied the construction feasibility of joint distribution consolidation strategy from practice, dissertate joint distribution management information system, which is emphasis on the function and implement, the implement technique, strategy and tactic chosen. It offers a useful method and approach for the realization of joint distribution consolidation strategy among distribution companies.During the process of construction and actual operation of participant companies, system dynamic can give some guidance. The study of this paper is a kind of attempt, further research and application about it is necessary.
