Integrated Infrastructure for Agile Enterprise (IIAE) is an operating platform of some new operating conceptions of enterprises, such as Agile Manufacturing Enterprise (AME) and Agile Supply Chain (ASC). In this thesis, the research on the IIAE is not done traditionally, because it reforms the enterprises to be information-based and agile from outside, and lays down criteria for the platform. Driven by order and profit, the enterprises transfer to be Agile Enterprises (AE) after joining in the platform and reform abiding by the norms of output and input of platform operations. The IIAE provides paid service for Agile Enterprise, and promotes the advanced management model which is standard, effective and information-based in production, sales, policy-making, financial affairs, personnel affairs and storage. It also provides services of order cooperation, sales cooperation, material supply cooperation, post-sale service cooperation, storage and transportation cooperation, capital cooperation, market analysis and policy-making. The member enterprises will be devoted respectively to what they are expert in. Consequently, the ASC with dynamic members is established. The members of ASC negotiate abiding by common rules and accomplish the tasks of production and sale from the outside market, which is Cooperative Games. In the IIAE, the design of construction and its model, the managing policy of supply chain, the agile manufacturing technology, communication and information processing, are the key problems demanding prompt solutions.As to the problems in the construction of IIAE, the author mainly researches on some issues, such as the IIAE and its model, the managing technology of the ASC in the IIAE, the agile manufacturing technology based on Network, the communication strategy in IIAE and its image information processing. These issues respectively belong to the agile model construction, agile managing technology, agile manufacturing technology, and agile informational technology (i.e. communication technology and image information processing). These matters are under thorough and meticulous consideration in this thesis.The main creative achievements and works in this thesis are as follows.Firstly, concerning IIAE and its model, the author mainly elaborates the modeling design, modeling method, structural model, processing model and data accessing model of IIAE, and promotes the optimized programming and algorithm based on the XML and MVC model. In comparison with the traditional program of J2EE, this method is more logic, stable and convenient for maintenance and data access. This method theoretically provides new ways of thinking in the structure, function and operation of MVC model, the new design plan of the model realization, as well as a practical way of the structural design of data access.Secondly, concerning the managing policy of the ASC in IIAE, the author mainly researches on the algorithm of agile manufacturing plan and the management of the supply chain, and promotes the production planning algorithm based on the multiple product requirement, one of the Non-deterministic Polynomial problems about the stability of fund and its resolvent algorithm, and the algorithm about equilibrium point between supply and marketing in the two-level supply chain which is based on the Cooperative Games. The author thereupon promotes an effective Game playing algorithm for the cooperation in enterprises, profit distribution and maximization, and effectively improves the economic performances of individuals and the determining efficiency in the ASC.Thirdly, concerning the agile manufacturing technology based on Network, the author mainly analyzes the monolithic construction, design characteristics and technological support for the agile manufacturing system, and promotes the agile manufacture based on Network, which integrates the business operations across the traditional boundary of functional department by means of a serial integrated managements centering on resource to improve its sensitivity to market. Furthermore, the author researches on the structural design of network-based agile manufacturing model, production process and control logic, and applies the design of network-based agile manufacturing system to the garment industry, which achieves satisfactory results and offers new ways of thinking to the agile reform in manufacturing enterprises.Fourthly, concerning the strategy of communication in IIAE, the author mainly elaborates the strategy of congestion control in intelligent communication, and promotes a congestion control algorithm with controllable compression Rate based on the Wavelet algorithm and Compensatory Fuzzy Neural Network (CFNN). It is through congestion prediction to realize priority transmission based on lossy compression algorithm for digital image, i.e. to give up some information to assure the unblocked channel if necessary. As shown by the results of emulated experiences, the loss rate of cells is low enough within the scope of usable buffer of the present GPRS Network, which is better than the effect of traditional static congestion control and provides new ways of thinking for the congestion control of multi-medial and wireless data traffic.Fifthly, in the part of multi-medial information processing in IIAE, concerning the image data confusion, the author promotes the weighted value of the definition confusion algorithm based on Wavelet translation and CFNN, and energy function of the image confusion algorithm designed by Signal-to-Noise ratio. As shown by the results of emulated experiences and practical applications, the confusion effect is obviously better than the traditional confusion algorithm, such as the weighted average algorithm, in the aspects of both visual effect and Signal-to-Noise ratio.Concerning the image denoising, the Fuzzy Hopfield Network (FuzzyHN) is elaborated, which makes the self-corrected filtration by pole allocation; and the design method of this filter is applied to image denoising. In the algorithm, the FuzzyHN is applied to design an indirectly self-corrected filter, and the first-order Taylor approximate neuron output is taken as the method of parameter estimation. As shown by emulated data, the algorithm results in a fairly satisfactory filtration, and it is obviously better than that of median filter and average filter. The results indicate that it is fairly practical to design a filter by using self-corrected control method based on FuzzyHN and pole allocation, and the algorithm locates a new bonding point among digital image processing, pole allocation of filters and FuzzyHN.
